The UPS Store #2844 Sucks. I paid over $12.00, (same day delivery) for an important document to go from Cartersville, GA to Columbus, GA. The one piece letter went to Acworth, GA, stayed 3 days. I notified the store which I was told that they would check and call me back. I never received any calls. The letter went to Baltimore, MD, sat for 2 days then Laurel, MD, back to Baltimore, to Laurel and on the 6th day finally to Columbus where I hope it to be delivered today. I also sent an email requesting a refund but yet to hear from them. They Suck. read more

So I had to get documents from the UPS store and head to get them from my email but because of my failure to remember passwords failure to understand exactly what I was doing for sure The lady in the store was incredible!!!! She was patient, kind ,helpful,... Everything you could ask for while being swamped by an unbelievable amount of customers. And she did it all with a smile, never once making me feel like my computer literacy had been exposed!!! This was stressful for me but she made it bearable. I'd recommend her for watching the presidents back! This place is open 7 days a week... It's very clean and the staff are always very nice.. they are a little bit on the slow side though... Usually isn't a problem because most days there's at least 2 people there to help you... If you do happen to have a problem, they are quick to try and solve it for you... read more

We had an issue with delivery of something that we paid for overnight shipping on an item needed to be there for work. The item did not get there in time and UPS corporate offered no relief. The owner of this Cartersville location went out of her way for us and actually ended up giving us a partial refund. Her customer service went above and beyond! I highly recommend this store! She kept in constant contact through the entire process. I appreciate them and highly recommend this location!! read more

I brought in 4 medium sized graphic novel/comic books at about 9 lbs total. I had the label printed already so I walked In as I've always done at ups stores nationwide to have my items wrapped nicely. Woodstock, GA seemed to do it right away and perfectly. So I see the employee here at this location going to throw my items in a box without properly wrapping it-I didn't want to jump to conclusions but I saw the books being handled roughly (these were $400 books) I mentioned aren't these going to be wrapped up in a custom box? She proceeded to look shocked, almost as if I was morphing into an extra terrestrial before her very eyes and then she says "that'll cost about $16" I've been to Ups stores nationwide and have been charged 3-$4 for packaging up media mail (that I already had a label for) this was wild. I ran out. So fast, went to Walmart and spent 60 cents on a box and loose bubble wrap I found around town. read more

I'm very disappointed. I went there to ship two large envelopes both within the USPS guidelines for a large envelope. They were less than 3/4 of an inch thick and weighed under 5 ounces. They were very small packages. The shipping should have been $1.40 each. I was expecting to go to the self-serve kiosk, but they didn't have one. I went to the lady behind the window and gave her the packages. I tell her to ship them as cheap a possible. She just prints two labels and sticks them on my packages and tossed them into bin. After she had already done that, I asked her how much it was and she said $8.70. One was almost $4 and one was almost $5. They were almost the exact same size. I don't understand the price difference either. She had to have shipped them as regular packages not large envelopes. As a small seller, I can afford that difference and I made almost no profit on the item because I pay for shipping for my sellers. She didn't even tell me how much each was. I had to look at the recipt. She really didn't give me the chance to object. I should have asked for my packages back and found a self serve kiosk, but they were already labeled and gone. Also I felt pressured cause there were people behind me and the facility is honestly gross and I didn't wanna be in there longer then necessary cause of COVID-19, but that was my mistake cause I got ripped off.
