Typically, I'll fill out the waybill online on DHL.com and pay for it as well online, and then drop off my documents here at this local DHL partner. They have DHL pickups scheduled for weekdays (Monday to Friday), but they don't have it on Saturdays -- which is why I only gave them a "Good" rating. Oftentimes, I don't have time to drop off documents until the weekend, and if I had known ahead of time that this location doesn't have a DHL pickup scheduled for Saturdays, I might have selected another DHL pickup location. Nevertheless, now I know. Only thing is that my documents will now get there a couple of days later, which isn't ideal. Their staff provided adequate service, however, there isn't any easy way for me to know this salient item.
