He got ground all the way except to a plug on the solenoid. After about thirty minuted he said I can't fix your tractor. Then, he asked if I wanted to sell it. He said he buys tractors that won't start and takes them home to work on them. I didn't think quick enough to ask why can't you get it running here. I paid $250 for nothing. Then I found out about you guys and called at 3:00pm when day and you offered to send a mechanic right out. In about thirty minutes, he discovered the negative cable wasn't grounding so he ran a cable to the engine block and the tractor started immediately. $182.00 well spent. I showed them where the leak was (weep hole) they proceeded to tell me my intake manifold gaskets needed replacing and the water pump was fine. $1000.00 and a week later I got it back. I drove it to Salado, and when I got out of the car the exact same leak was there. I'm a mechanic , but I elected to have it fixed because I was traveling and didn't have my tools. They didn't even check their work. When I took it back to them, they said they would fix it no charge. When I picked it up they charged me for the pump... Now all these years later I get a text message telling me i can get 10% off on my next service. I went to this place they kept my truck for a week and charged me $127.00 for nothing. That did absolutely nothing. I don't even believe they did a test drive to diagnose the problem. My check engine was on when I got there and had been on for 2 years for the catalytic converter but the truck run fine and that was not why I was there. I believe they saw the light was on and did a scan which told them the catalytic converter should be replaced which I already knew. Bottomline, they told me something I already knew and never addressed the problem I was there for. They charged me the previous $127.00 I mentioned for 2 minutes work. On top of that I had to rent a vehicle on top that which cost me an additional $300.00 plus. I'm 65 and I been to many, many mechanics in my life and this ix by far the worst i've ever seen. The old guy at the front counter has the worst attitude I've ever seen. He's just plain rude and has a extremely nasty disposition. Steer clear of this place and find a real professional garage to service your vehicle, this place is not that.

They wouldn't even look at it at first. They seemed to be upset I didn't let them diagnose the problem originally. I am old school and I'm not stupid when it comes to my truck, I have over 300,000 miles on it and I am the original owner. I can tell by listening to it what's wrong with it and I've always been correct. The power steering pump was the original power steering pump it was whining like a stuffed pig, and the truck was not turning properly not only that I had had it diagnosed at another garage, but they were too expensive regardless,I didn't feel like the attitude was correct. I won't go back there for any reason nor do I recommend anyone else go there due to the attitude I was given. I kind of brushed it off when I left to have them fix it,when I returned to pick it up I felt they were uncomfortable with me being there and barely said a word to me. I don't know what their problem was. I am always nice and respectful to people and never went in there angry or yelling cussing. Nothing I was very polite on the phone with them and very polite when I took it back did not expect to be treated the way I was But like I said it is fixed now and working great. I have usually worked on my truck myself because I don't want or trust anyone else working on it however do eye cancer I'm not able to see as well as I should. So at the end of June this year, I had to take my 07 Silverado in to figure out what was causing…read morethe squeaking noise. The mechanics told me that they would inspect it and then let me know. We all concluded it had to be either the timing chain or the harmonic balancer. They had my truck for almost a month and I ended up spending more than double what I was expecting. After they replaced both parts, they then claimed that my lifters are going to need replacing and charged me an additional 2 grand for that as well. After paying for the parts they replaced, I took my truck home only to have a new fault come up, low oil pressure. I called them and had them take my truck back to fix that issue and made them pay for it out of pocket being that this fault never occurred before they took my engine apart. Out of spite, they messed up my alignment. When I FINALLY took my truck back from them for good, my truck was driving somewhat straight but my steering wheel was halfway turned to make this happen. I had to take my truck to another shop for an alignment job which cost me even more money. So all I ask is that if you're reading this, please don't do business with these people. They're going to over charge you for everything and when they mess up and you call them out on it, they're going to cause more issues expecting you to bring it back in so they can continue to gouge you. With all the mechanic shops I've dealt with in over 20 years, these guys are the worst.

I Live in Austin and I was visiting family in Killeen so I decided to get my car Windows…read moretinted.It's cheaper to do in Killeen Than Austin.I called a few places and Honestly decided to go with Deepstage because they were the least expensive place.I called while on my way and He said they could get me first thing in the morning and I explained that wouldn't be possible bc I was only in Town for a couple hrs.He told me to go ahead and bring my car in and that the tint guy (Kevin) could do 2 cars at once.The only bad thing I could say is I waited about 3 hrs But I was just happy they fit me in so waiting really diddnt bother me.The 2 guys at the front were super Awesome! Really good customer service! When it was done Kevin went outside with us and told us the do's and dont's for the next 3 days to not mess up the tint.Which I also thought was Awesome! To top it all off when I paid he had explained to me since we looked them up on the web they gave us $20 bucks off an already great price for a promotional special!!! We tipped Kevin left and the car looks great! If we have any other cars that we need tinted Im not going to think Twice about Driving to Killeen and having Deepstage do my tint!
