It is very frustrating to hire a company to clean and then spend hours cleaning, esp during a move. *we had other contractors in the house before the move and some furniture was clustered in specific rooms. The company never told me that they decided not to touch these furniture or the areas. The company did not respond to my email about this situation.

Even though there seemed to be a language barrier she made it clear she didn't have time to do that because she needed to pick her son up. She appeared a little frazzled (like all working moms) so II said ok, do what you came to do. She stayed very busy working her way through the bedrooms, kitchen and baths and was getting ready to swifter mop the living room. Thinking that the rest of the house was finished after about an hour and a half I told her to leave and go pick up her son. She finished the floor and took the $200 flat fee and left. I am not a picky person by any stretch but I went and checked and discovered she missed at least one ceiling fan and the kitchen backsplash. I called and spoke with Helen who offered the "canned" apologies.. Her solution was to send the same employee back out to my house which I refused because of the language barrier. We've requested deeper cleans like inside the fridge cleaning - they left our fridge looking spotless! The service request is easy; you can fill a form out online for the first time you're requesting a cleaning. Since they have been to our home twice, we now email VMaids with a range of dates we are available and they let us know what day works best for them. Tip: we don't wear shoes in the house so we have them wear shoe covers that we provide when they come to the space.

They lack customer service, are rude and offer no form of apology or accommodation​s when errors are made. I had guests coming from out of town and my sheets were not changed as clearly requested. When I brought this to the owner's attention, she did not offer to come back and address, nor did she offer a discount. I let this go and continued to use the service. When there were times I was asked to change my scheduled service times, again there was​ no accommodation​ offered. The last straw was when I switched payment from check to electronic. I indicated I would pay via cash app or zelle, to which there were no objections. AFTER I made payment, I was told they did not accept the cash app. They made no attempts to even try to download the payment. I had to cancel the payment and reissue via zelle. It took time to cancel and obtain a refund (5-7 days). Kathy and Barbara pestered me for this payment as if I were a new customer or something. At this point, I not only had paid them the day of service for over a year but also included tips. However, I was treated rudely and hounded over this payment as if I was trying to get over and didn't have a proven record and relationship. When I cancelled future service, they still made absolutely no attempts to maintain my business or apologize. Stay away, far away and Ewa I strongly recommend you find a new employer because if they treat customers this way, I can only imagine how they treat you. There are far too many other providers available to use them. Respect is very important and I felt repeatedly disrespected. ​
