Booked a move in cleaning and steam carpet cleaning with this company upon reading their reviews. Everything was an easy setup from requesting an appointment through the website, to payment, and lastly, when the cleaners arrived.  Everyone was very professional from start to end. Elia and Miguel were able to take care of everything excellently. They were able to remove stains and odor from the previous tenant's pets. They also did not charge me for stain removal which was great. The eco cleaning solution they used for the carpets smells wonderful and it also deodorizes the carpet. I am very satisfied with the company so far and highly recommend them. I plan to use them for our monthly cleaning. read more

It was stressful dealing with them as they were not focused on customer satisfaction. The cleaners themselves were good and did a great job. But I ended up paying twice of what I got as an estimate and the management were not helpful and instead worried about their time on the phone on a Saturday as is as a customer I need to worry about that. Didn't they agree to take up the work? Two stars - only for the cleaners. I just don't want to confuse because of the response to this. First - I never remember to write reviews, however, I am making the time for this one because, Wow. I had originally set an appointment for cleaning service with another company for Friday September 18, on the morning of the 17th, they TEXTED me that I was out of their service area and wouldn't be coming. Scrambling because I have an out of town guest coming in Friday night, beyond busy with work - I thought getting a clean house for my guest was just wishful thinking. However, I tried quickly through yelp to find someone who might be able to help me. Thankfully I found Maid Masters - they responded to my request within 20 minutes, called me and had a crew here within 2 hours. Not only were they able to help me last minute - they went ABOVE AND BEYOND anything I expected or thought my house would look like afterwards. They are quick, courteous and do an amazing job. Our lady Sol saved the day! Ever since the transition to work from home, we've been struggling to keep up with house cleaning and keeping things organized. Once you miss cleaning one or two weeks it just seems too overwhelming to get back on track! Would not recommend this company for cleaning. I requested a routine home clean. I have a 3 bed/2bath home and every once in a while I like to not have to clean it myself. The day of the clean I had to call them because they were running late and I had planned my day around the time they gave. I have two small children and naps to work around. When I spoke with the receptionist, she said they had had a flat tire that morning and it set them back. That's fine, I just like to get updates of any changes. Not to be a stickler but again, two small children and husband works from home. When they got here there were 4 people to clean. I like to get out of the house with the kids to give them space to clean. They were here and gone in a little less than an hour. I thought that seemed short but perhaps with 4 people they really hustled. When I got home I found dust in every room on almost every surface. The tubs/showers didn't appear to be touched. Mirrors in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Sinks had water spots all over the faucets and glass shower had water spots all over. Sink in the kitchen didn't feel/appear to have been scrubbed down. Needless to say, I reached out to the company and told them about it and that I wasn't happy. Originally asked for my money back (which I don't think I've ever done before) but they stated they couldn't because it was a promo price. I had no idea it was a promo price, that was never brought up once, and what does that have to do with quality of service? They said they wanted me to be happy with the work and were willing to send someone out again to touch up the areas I had indicated weren't cleaned. I agreed and asked to speak with someone over the phone. After the clean, all communication was via email and I prefer to talk to someone over the phone. When I still hadn't heard from someone I called the office again. Manager was out and I was told she would call me when she got back in that day. Received another email saying she never made it in that day. The day they were supposed to come "touch up", again they were late, by an hour. I happened to check my email and noticed they contacted me via email the day of the clean to let me know people had called out sick and they were going to test for covid. They said the results would take about a day or two and would reschedule. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from them. At this point I'll cut my losses and never use them again. read more

Their cleaning services were great!! The communication and scheduling were extremely fast even during Covid. The ladies who cleaned my house were very nice and patient. Our 3 bedroom(carpet) big living room (tile), and kitchen took about 2 and a half hours. They cleaned some areas where it wasn't even cleaned when we moved into the house a year ago like the fireplace(which we didn't use in the year we lived in the house), the master shower and tub just naming a few. Scam of a business! Cleaner said that she was running late, and after inquiring how long she would be, she didn't give a straight answer. Then she hung up on me. After calling the main office, I was told she was offended and didn't want to come and clean. I asked for a refund and was denied the carpet cleaning portion; they were close by. 30 min later, and they are no where to be seen. What a scam! The crew was very nice and polite. We paid for a deep cleaning and after they left I took a good look at what they had done. Several things stood out on closer inspection. The top of the vent over my cook top was not clean, had not been touched. Also around the edge of cook top had some grease. Countertop in kitchen still had a water spot where a pot had been placed the night before. There was also a few cobwebs in the 2 chandeliers. I signed up for a move in cleaning, junk removal, and a steam carpet cleaning. Jennifer and Alonzo were sent to our home a few days later. They're both great, friendly, super thorough, and very professional! They expressed they both used to work in cleaning at a hotel.  Alonzo spent a good time carpet cleaning on our stairs because I told him that I was concern that he might not be able to get the stains off. To my surprise, he was able to! The steam carpet cleaning really helped out our carpet and gave it another life! He and Jennifer also removed our 2 old mattresses and properly disposed them. It's super convenient that they offer all these services, so we didn't have to call around for other vendors. Jennifer made our beds perfectly, just like professional hotel cleaners do. Whew! Life can be a freaking whirlwind sometimes. Last week I was reallly pregnant with nesting probs and needed that extra set of hands to give the house a bit of a refresh. Thankfully last Monday my husbands old coworker mentioned Maidmasters and suggested we give them a try for a few hours. I gave them a call and was lucky enough to have Misti come by the next day (I think it was Misti that helped out - she was a nice blonde lady that was quite thorough with her cleaning, Maidmasters did tell me they noted who came by so I can request her again next time. ) Anyways, Misti deep cleaned my kitchen and bathroom (the main rooms I was concerned with because I couldn't be on my feet very long to mop as well as be on my knees to detail the baseboards - which she did for me!) She was in and out in a little over two hours and my downstairs bedroom and living room looked great. The house had that fresh clean scent I needed badly. For someone that does the cleaning herself, I was hesitant at first because it felt weird to have someone help you clean your home but after this experience I'm highly considering having them come by at least once a month. Maid masters did a great job!they came in clean the apartment I will say when I got home to check the service I felt that my tub wasn't as clean. However disclaimer my tub was very dirty so I called I asked about it and due to me getting a basic cleaning they did the best that they could. however they did come back out to see if they could clean it more due to my apartment putting in a cheap tub. the way it stains it's definitely not their fault nor mine within 24 hours they came back out clean the tub and it definitely looked better also another disclaimer I did spray the tub with another substance so that also could've helped because they don't use certain products because they don't want to be responsible for staining your tub which I totally understand overall very happy with my experience I will definitely be booking with them for a future rotation of cleaning my apartment consistently couldn't be happier! read more
