I had a "deep cleaning" done on my home from Maid Masters. Overall, the cleaning wasn't too bad - I did have to point out a lot of things that I didn't feel that I should have had to, but she was happy to fix the things I asked her to re-do. My problem is more with the value of the "deep cleaning". I might recommend them higher for a standard cleaning - as I could not tell you the difference in what I received versus a standard cleaning. Maid Masters cleaning service was able to book us the next day for a move out cleaning and steam carpet cleaning. The crew arrived on time. The team worked pretty fast and efficient. They also asked me to a walkthrough with them. They pretty much did a good cleaning besides 1 small spot. The cleaning tech was able to remove stains off our carpet too and didn't charge extra to remove them. Everyone was very friendly and nice. I like that they asked for our input. The cleaning lady Sol was amazing! She did a wonderful job with our house. However there was a mistake due to house size/number of bedrooms to be cleaned. While trying to get everything resolved over the phone I received such abrasive and flat out rude treatment. I was spoken to in a condescending manner that only frustrated me more. I got a call from a different woman working there who was even worse to me on the phone. The defensive stance she was taking of the conversation seemed absurd to me. Instead of just dealing politely with the problem at hand I was talked over and shut down. It was the most unprofessional even immature conversation I have ever had with a business. It's sad because we loved the cleaning lady but cannot support a business that treats there customers so carelessly. read more

Very easy to schedule an appointment and great communication with providing a quote. They did ask to change the time of the reservation which I confirmed but they ended up reverting back to the original time the day of which resulted in me having to wait a bit longer than I wished but not the worst situation. The price for a move out clean and a steam clean on the carpet were the best among the competition and they did an amazing job in cleaning my apartment and the steam clean did help remove some minor stains on the carpet. I recently moved in to a 4bdrm 2,000 sqft home from a 700 sqft apartment. With the space being so much bigger and adding another dog to the mix, my roommate and I decided to hire a monthly cleaning service. I hopped on Yelp and requested a quote from 5 different places and every company except for Maid Masters quoted me at $250-300. Nope. No way. Maid Masters is EXTREMELY reasonable price wise for the quality of service. I'm not going to lie, we were initially skeptical because of how reasonable it was but decided to give it a shot anyways and have used them monthly since. They're very responsive if you message them via yelp, scheduling is super easy and everyone I've interacted with has been extremely friendly. We have used several maid services and most of them were disappointing. My wife used Maid Masters in the past and were happy with them. Why not use them to clean up the house after our move? Overall I was pleased with the work done by Jose and his other maid. There were a few areas that I noticed after the fact that could have been cleaned better but overall it was good. Price is in line with other maid services so I was not surprised it would cost $350 to do a 2670 sq ft house. I would recommend and use them in the future. read more

I hired Maid Masters to deep clean our rental townhome in the uptown area last week. Our tenant left the unit pretty clean, but I still wanted it spotless for our new tenant. I was going to get the standard clean, but the person on the phone convinced me that deep clean was best. So I agreed. The unit was empty, so it should have been easy for the maids to do their jobs effectively. When I arrived at the townhome, one of the ladies said I should call the office and tell the office that they only did a regular cleaning, because that's all it needed. I called and was insulted by the tone of the lady's response. She said, once you order deep clean, you must pay for deep clean. Fine, but I told her it was "your" employee who recommended I call. She said she would call the maids and have them do a deep clean. Well, they stayed for maybe 20 additional minutes with 10 of them sitting outside in the car in our driveway. Now, I'm not sure how long most maid services complete a 3-story, 2,000 sq ft townhome "deep cleaning", but the two ladies were there for less than 2 hours. After they departed, I had to clean the fronts of several doors, the baseboards on the second floor and more. I thought that's what a deep clean was supposed to do. Secondly, another one their crews came out later that day to steam clean the carpeting. The carpeting came out fine, but they broke one of the drapery rods and left it hanging. The drapery fell off and then just put it on the side wooden railing. I understand things like that happen, but perhaps that should have been reported to me, before I happen to visit the unit a day later and be surprised. And finally, once Maid Masters completed the job, a final bill and recap would have been nice for my records and an email or call to see if I was satisfied. That would have been professional. So, Maid Masters did not do a good job in execution of their promise to do a deep clean; they left my unit without reporting a problem with a broken rod/drape; and their customer service and response to my text was disappointing. If those matter to you, use another company. read more

Make sure you have a payment method that is protected. Scheduled a move-in clean with Maid Masters. Last minute they tried to change schedule on me without reason. When the cleaning crew showed up, they were not in maid masters uniform and at the end gave me a business card for a company that was not maid masters. Maid Masters had hired out another 3rd party to cover their short staff. Crew of 3 finished 4000 square feet in 3 hours. The crew packed up their equipment, then asked us to review. We quickly pointed out the problems we could find, asked them to clean them again. Then the crew left. After the crew left, we started a more thorough review, and were very disappointed. Cleaning agent left on sinks and showers without being wiped down. Handfulls of previous owner's hair left in drawers, no baseboards cleaned, Carpets not vacuumed, toilets not cleaned, the list goes on. We coordinated with the main contact, who asked us to give the crew a second chance. They stated if we were unsatisfied with the second attempt, they would give us a refund. While we waited, the carpet cleaner came. He was professional and did a good job. He asked if the cleaning crew even cleaned the carpets, he had to vacuum and sweep up himself before he could proceed. He stated that he called the company to tell them the cleaning job was not up to their standards. The original crew came back that night, They started by complaining that it was clean. As we showed them the problems, it appeared that they were going to clean this time. As we told them a 2nd and 3rd time what they had missed, we finally gave up. After cleaning our house ourselves, we tried to contact maid masters through, phone, text and email to work out a resolution. We received no response from them. I hired Maid Masters for an apartment move-out cleaning and I would definitely recommend them! The cleaning took about 1.5-2 hours for a one bedroom apartment, with a 3 man crew, and the crew was extremely pleasant to work with. They requested that I do a walk-through to inspect their work and it was very easy to point out anything that I thought might have been missed (really just wiping down the inside of the bathroom drawers). Two things really impressed me the most, though. 1.) When I came in for the walk through, they said that they found a diamond ring while they were vacuuming. Sure enough, it was one of my rings, but I had no clue that I had lost it. I am very appreciative of them finding and returning my belongings, especially since the ring could've easily been pocketed. 2.) I had a piece of a desk that needed to be thrown away, but it was too heavy for me to move on my own. I live on the third floor of an apartment complex, and they were able to move the desk to the apartment dumpster for me. I'm so thankful for their help because they walked the desk down three flights of stairs and* the entire way to the dumpster, and that trek is basically a mini hike. Maid Masters has allegedly cleaning our home, but they only clean what is seen. They do not sweep under beds, they throw trash in recycle and vice versa. Have to keep an eye on them as if I was the supervisor. I pay them to do a job and after they leave I clean up after them. They do not dust they vacuum my wood furniture instead of dusting with a clean cloth. One cleaner goes through and vacuums then washes floors while the others are walking on the wet floor. So many bad incidents. DO NOT USE MAID MASTERS!!! read more

I scheduled Maid Masters to clean my empty apartment as I was moving out of it and needed it to be cleaned before my final walkthrough. I have an email and a text confirmation for them to clean my apartment this morning at 9, and no one showed up. My apartment is still dirty and my walkthrough is at 3:30 today. I sent a text this morning to confirm my appointment and no one answered. I have also tried calling them numerous times today and have left messages, but no one will return my call. I have already paid $190 and cannot guarantee that I will be getting that money back. I am also stranded in the fact that I will have a final walkthrough with a dirty apartment. I hired Maid Masters to do a deep clean on my home because I am getting ready to put it up for sale. The price quoted was high, twice what I have paid in the past for a regular cleaning, but I saw good reviews here so took a chance. So after paying in advance for my cleaning, they canceled my scheduled cleaning at 6pm the day before. I had photos scheduled that next day so they really put me in a bad situation. I cleaned myself that night so they really should have had an easy job to do at my house. They came a couple of days later. I was told I would have two people for four hours. What I got was one person for 3.5 hours and the second person stayed about two hours. I was told all the baseboards and window trim would be cleaned. I specifically asked if under and behind all furniture would also be done and was told yes. I also requested oven cleaning. When the one cleaning person told me she was done I did some checks and found several pieces of furniture that had not been cleaned behind. After that was done she left. The next morning while getting ready for work I noticed the master bathroom tub and shower had not been cleaned. The baseboards in that bathroom were also not cleaned. I checked the oven and it had not been cleaned. Maid Master's expensive "deep"cleaning is not not even has good as "regular" cleanings I have paid for in the past. A total rip off. read more

NOT worth the $165 for the 'deep clean'. After a verbal quote of a 3-4 hour job, the maid was there for less than 90 minutes and left me wondering if she actually did anything at all. I assisted in a basic cleanup before she came so she could better spend her time 'deep cleaning' but that certainly did not happen. Nothing was even organized - pillows were still on the floor, cups next to the bed, silverware in the sink, etc. VERY basic vacuum job - didn't vacuum under the couches much less move ANY furniture around.
