They charged my credit card $135 this morning and never showed up for the cleaning. No response to our emails and calls.

Worst customer service imaginable. I don't normally write reviews, and I've never written a negative one, but as someone who worked in customer service for 20 years, I think it is warranted in my case. Please note that Maid Complete did a GREAT job cleaning my house. My issue is with their heartless policy and cowardly customer service. We booked a cleaning last Saturday and we were emailed TWICE to not cancel within 48 hours lest we incur a $70 fee. Fair enough. Our cleaning agent didn't show up within two hours of the promised window, so we called the company and they said they'd get right back to us. 2 hours passed without an update, so we called again, and we were told we'd be called back early the next day. The next day at 2pm, we still had received no call, so we called back, and we were told they could rebook on Wednesday, but they would not compensate us for their failure to show up. We called back Monday and asked to speak with a supervisor, but the agent told us the supervisor told them they "would not talk to us, would not offer us a discount, and that their policy is to not provide any sort of compensation when they fail to show up." I was kind on all five phone calls, I was patient, waiting more than 25 minutes while my customer service agent was on hold with her supervisor, and I hope this company gets what they deserve: a bad reputation for incomprehensibly heartless customer service. read more

THEY STOLE! We hired Maid Complete to clean the house of my elderly grandparents. We set up nanny cams once we discovered jewelry and cash had been missing. We sent the videos to Maid Complete and they DID NOT fire him and ignored attempts to resolve this matter. He stole all of my Grandma's jewelry that she has worn throughout her life which has devastated my mom. He also stole at least $200 in cash on top of that as my grandpa kept cash in the cabinet and assumed he had just forgotten that he took it out. Again, Maid Complete did nothing! Also, he just sprayed febreeze to "clean". This is all on video! read more

Lock down your valuables and make sure the nanny cameras are running if you choose to use these crooks. A couple of their cleaners repeatedly stole jewelry, money, and other belongings from the elderly grandparents of a friend of mine. When they noticed things missing after a cleaning, they set up the nanny cam, and sure enough, the crooked cleaner from Maid Complete helps himself to grandma's family jewelry collection. When confronted with the video, the company barely apologized, and at the time of this writing, the their is still employed as a cleaner. I would definitely recommend not using this company of crooks. read more

So the one time I do not check Yelp I have a horrible experience!!! Lesson learned for sure. I made an easy booking online for a deep clean with an arrival time between 2pm-3pm. No show no call. The company claims they will process my refund within two days but were definitely a little difficult on the phone. It's bad enough the cleaners didn't even show up and it's even worse they tried to refuse my refund (if it even happens!). read more

This entire experience was horrible and how it was handled was so unprofessional. Here is the chain of events..... 1. I called to get a quote for a "move-in" cleaning and was quoted a price of around $200-$220 ( I can't remember the exact price) 2. I called back to go ahead and schedule the appt only to be told the price is now $349 and the earlier price was an error. I was told that I would receive an email with the details and cancellation/rescheduling policy. (Never received any email....they sent to the wrong address!) 3. My cabinets were getting painted and my cabinet guy called to let me know that due to monsoon humidity it pushed him into an additional morning and he might need a few more hours the day of the cleaning and that the kitchen is taped off but he would do his best to be finished. 4. I called Maid Complete to find out what time they crew was coming as I had never received the confirmation email with a time. When I learned that they were coming in the morning, I asked if they could come in the afternoon or perhaps any day the following week just to be sure the cabinets will be done and the kitchen fully accessible. 5. I was told that I would be charged $70 to cancel or reschedule which is apparently stated in the confirmation email (of which I never received). I did not want to cancel as I had tenants moving in on the 1st and needed this done. I asked about rescheduling and they said "I cannot give you a date in the foreseeable future." I tried to clarify that by asking if that meant you don't have any openings in like a week? Two weeks? A month? Six months? and the response was still the same. 6. I told Maid Complete to go ahead since there weren't any other good options and explained that the kitchen may be taped off due to the cabinets. They offered a $25 credit for not having to do the kitchen (seemed like an extremely small amount for a kitchen). 7. My cabinet guy called back and said he done & the kitchen is no longer taped off & fully accessible. I was so happy to hear that as I need the kitchen cleaned rather than the measly $25 credit. 8. I immediately called Maid Complete & spoke to a supervisor & told her that the kitchen will not be tapped off & to please tell her crew that it needs to be cleaned. She confirmed that she would make sure the crew had these instructions. 9. The cleaning crew went to the house & although the kitchen was wide open, they chose not to clean it. 10. When I went to the house & saw that the kitchen was not touched, I called Maid Complete immediately & asked that they send someone back to finish the kitchen. I was told that a message was sent to the supervisor & someone would call me back. I did not receive a call. 10. I called again the next day as I was preparing to leave town & my tenant was moving in the following week. I was on hold for 30 minutes, then sent to VM & I left a detailed message and never received a call back. 11. I called again the following day only to be told that another text was sent to the supervisor explaining the urgency and that I would receive a call back. 12. I called again the next day only to be told that another urgent message was sent to the supervisor. 13. I called one last time as now I am leaving town and my tenants move in in 4 days. This time I was told that the supervisor is going to email me instead of calling. 14. I did receive an email and he pointed out that I was not charged $25 for the kitchen and the crew chose not to do the kitchen based on my original note about it possibly being tapped off. 15. I replied back that there really shouldn't have any confusion as the crew was told to clean the kitchen & it was wide open! I urged him to do the right thing. This is the email I received from the supervisor..... You can leave any truthful review - such as we did. It charge you for the items you complained about and tried to change the cleaning multiple times the day of the cleaning. We may also leave reviews on several realtor sites about the unprofessionalism of trying to change the job scope right before the cleaning. read more

I would suggest hiring a different company! I do admit the cleaning person was very pleasant and liked her. She did a decent job cleaning all things considered. Why a one star review? The cleaning person inadvertently 'broke' the water valve in the master bathroom shower. This result of this meant that I could no longer get hot water to dispense. To her credit, she did try different ways to get the valve to work as before but to no avail. The company response to this... nothing! Crickets! Not even an acknowledgement of the damage. Obviously, this company does not care once they collect their payment. Of course, they had no problem collecting their fee but cannot find any way to address problems and issues with their service. Maid Complete = COMPLETE FAILURE. Doesn't deserve even 1-Star. Nothing was COMPLETE, except the charges to my credit card. They never showed up. Completely horrible customer service after a Complete NO SHOW from them. I Completely started calling them after no show had reached 1 hour. It completely took 2.5 hrs with a dozen promises that the "Supervisor" Brandon would call me back in just a few minutes. They Completely refused to send me written confirmation(email) stating that they are canceling the $185 charge on my credit card. They Completely refused to allow me to speak to anyone else stating that the "Supervisors don't have a direct line to connect me to them." Complete BS. Oh they are real easy to Complete your booking with them online and you get Completely get multiple email confirmations for booking. And they Completely charge your credit card and send you email confirmation of that even faster. But when they NO SHOW after being paid you COMPLETELY can't get them to be honest and do what they've promised to do. Brandon - if there really is a Brandon there (since I never received any call from this elusive supervisor I cannot say that there really is anyone there to work or do anything except charge you for a service that is Not going to ever be fulfilled) ZERO customer service = ZERO stars in my book. Completely save yourself the waste of time, the empty promises from their "customer service" and most of all, save yourself from being robbed by these completely invisible employees. Thanks Maid Complete for completely taking advantage of a single-mom in need of getting the cleaning assistance that she paid you for but that you never bothered to show up to do. And thanks for the Complete lack of customer service by Brandon and team. And thanks for the Complete nightmare you have added to my already busy world by having to fight to get my money back from you when you Completely ripped me off. At the beginning things worked smoothly, we had a bi-weekly schedule and we loved out cleaner. At that point we only had to deal with Maid Complete the one time on our initial booking. After about 4 cleanings we were vacant from our home for a month and delayed our next booking there so. This is when things came off the rails. Unpon returning home, the week before Thanksgiving, the person who was not our original maid did not show up. Ok no problem, stuff happens. We then asked for another cleaning after Thanksgiving. The earliest they could get us in was 2 weeks out. We requested to have our original cleaning lady come to do our house and they said that they would do that for us. I called a day before to confirm because they never got back to us and they said it was a new cleaning person. Which was a problem because we needed to leave the house before the new crew arrived and we don't trust random people all throughout our home so we had to cancel. Due to the mixup and their previous cancelation they did not charge us a cancelation fee. We re-scheduled for a few days later and planed to be around for the new cleaning crew. They did not show up. This company is simply a middleman for independent cleaning services to get bookings due to their reputation and marketing. We Imagine they do little to no vetting and their booking process of cleaning personnel is not very reliable, especially at short notice. With all of the inconsistencies and lack of communication about our needs, we decided to move on from this company. They were gracious enough to not charge us for any inconveniences and therefor I am inclined not to give them the worst rating possible. read more

As good as it gets. these girls were personable, friendly and got right to work - after three weeks of travel and all of us sick with bad colds - the house really needed a deep clean. baseboards, ceiling fans - refridgerator - freezer - floors - everything got a good clean - on top of that all of my dirty laundry was bagged and fresh sheets put on - made recovery easy and I am having them back for sure. We used maid complete for a cleaning as we were shopping around for a service to help my pregnant fiancé and myself with some cleaning due to our busy schedules. They failed to show up to clean twice. When I called to ask where the cleaning crew was, they repeatedly said 5 minutes away for about 45 minutes. The appointment was for 2pm. Their agreement gives them one hour leeway. At 4:15pm someone arrived, but did not clean. It was too late for one person to start at that hour to deep clean a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. They charged my credit card $289. I called to complain and they said it was credited back. That was not true and I have now had to dispute the charge. Do not use them! I've never had anyone come clean. Wayne did a wonderful and thorough deep clean. My apartment is sparkling! Well worth the service.

Horrible personal service.. provider called out sick because of covid.. ok no problem.. they said can we postpone until next cleaning, (every 2 weeks) so it would have been a month.. showed up the following week unexpected, we said no will just get back on regular schedule. That maid quit, they sent us one we had in the past, (which sucks, doesn't clean worth a darn) then scheduled an new provider. She decided that we are to far big for her to come. Then get and email that they are going to charge extra because we haven't been cleaned in more than a month...... because of their rescheduling. Seriously. use another service, they suck! read more

Had been with them one year had great on time service. Took them 3 hours every time. ZERO ISSUES FOR A YEAR. The changes from 2 maids to one. Last visit the maid they sent only cleaned half of my house in 5 hours and left without finishing. They didn't schedule her to finish and have refused to give me a refund for half the service. This was my first time using a cleaning company and I am very happy I used maid complete. Just got done with a house remodel and needed a deep cleaning. I have never seen my house look this clean. My husband and I thought it would be a great idea to start DIY projects around the home, you know the ones...easy painting and "hey lets install a wood floor in the closet." Three months later we had glue on the floors, paint splatter in various areas and we dreaded coming home as I gave up on doing any serious cleaning around the house. That and two teenage boys, well you get the picture. The ladies who came to clean were prompt, professional and did an absolute wonderful job. When they were at the house cleaning my husband and I were taking painters tape off the wall and the cat managed to get a tape ball stuck to her back. Awful company! Rates are too high for the cleaning you receive. The cleaner was a no show on her scheduled day and when we rescheduled she showed up over an hour and a half late! I was given 20% off due to the error in scheduling and I still feel like I was totally ripped off. I was told that they would send their "superstar" and that perfection was expected. What a joke! I've contacted them several times asking for a resolution and am now being completely ignored. Buyer please beware.
