When I emailed them about it, though, they did not reply at all. I even sent a follow-up email, in case the first email was just missed. No reply. The interior is so well-designed, tasteful, and cozy, it feels like they should be offering massages too. I was apprehensive about placing this favorite member of my wardrobe into unproven care, as the alteration required a heightened attention to detail in order to restore its proper structure and original design. The owner assured me it could be done to my exact specifications. She even invited me to try it on so that we could be sure to get it right. I left my shirt and departed, accepting that there was nothing more I could do. It was in their hands, literally. Flash forward to this afternoon; I arrived with fingers crossed hoping for the best, and THE BEST is what was waiting for me. I tried it on to make sure I wasn't imagining the results, and standing in the mirror in the dressing room, my face lit with pure joy. It is so refreshing to encounter this standard of workmanship.
