Open communication has been GREAT and even provided a ballpark price quote! Very happy with them, and havent even brought my dress in yet! **CONTINUED** I am beyond impressed with this business. Long story short, my apartment complex lost my dress I ordered for my brothers wedding and I was scrambling to find a dress days before flying out to CA for my brothers wedding. I brought the dress in Friday afternoon, like 1:30/2PMish and had to bring the dress in significantly (ended up finding a dress last minute on FBMP a few sizes too big) and it was ready Tuesday evening after work! Its like it was originally made that size from the company! Beautiful work, flawless execution of this alteration. They had transparent communication around what they were gonna be doing and to say I am impressed is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I am shouting praise from the rooftops for this business and please dont keep hunting for dry cleaning/alterations.. THIS is your place!

Plus they picked up and delivered directly to/from our house. Meaning I didn't have to lug any clothes anywhere! I would recommend this service to families, business owners, daycare centers, and everyone in between. Excellent service and very competitive pricing. Thanks again!

When I emailed them about it, though, they did not reply at all. I even sent a follow-up email, in case the first email was just missed. No reply. That to me is where the very poor customer service came into play. Not only did they damage my clothing, but they don't want to acknowledge it, take responsibility, or even respond to my email!! Why would I EVER use them again?

I arrived as a…read morefirst time customer and was greeted in a manner that instantly made me feel welcome and valued. The interior is so well-designed, tasteful, and cozy, it feels like they should be offering massages too. I was apprehensive about placing this favorite member of my wardrobe into unproven care, as the alteration required a heightened attention to detail in order to restore its proper structure and original design. The owner assured me it could be done to my exact specifications. She even invited me to try it on so that we could be sure to get it right. I left my shirt and departed, accepting that there was nothing more I could do. It was in their hands, literally. Flash forward to this afternoon; I arrived with fingers crossed hoping for the best, and THE BEST is what was waiting for me. I tried it on to make sure I wasn't imagining the results, and standing in the mirror in the dressing room, my face lit with pure joy. It is so refreshing to encounter this standard of workmanship. This weekend, I will be gathering all the items of clothing in the house that require mending, and they will be placed in Sunrise Dry Cleaners superior care. Thanks again!

They were kind, understanding, and treated my dress with care. It took a little over a week to get my dress back. It was cleaned nicely and didn't have any issues with the color, lace, or layers of material. I definitely trust them for my delicate dry cleaning needs. - Thank you!!

Have been going here for over five years. Even when I moved across town I still went to this place…read more They have helped me with countless hems, removal of wine and/or food stains from necessary coats and pants, taken in a few dresses (omg yay), and have reinforced a few of my most beloved heels and boots. There are always more than 3 attendants present (husband and wife plus other family member) to inspect the garments and jot down what needs to be done. The turnaround time is always within reason (the longest I've ever waited is 6 days and that's only because the wife was sick). The prices are comparable to most cleaners in the area. I'm not giving this place 5 stars because their location is kind of meh to me - next to an always ridiculously busy BoA that has multiple security personnel on any given day and the parking lot has more than a few seriously deep potholes. Also, there's a barber shop 2 stores down that likes to blast their music - so much so that sometimes the bass can be felt at my quiet little dry cleaners.
