The drop off were pretty similar for both places, getting the tags for a return pick up. Bell's assured they could have my shirts ready in 2 days which they did. They are slightly higher in pricing but the outcomes were better than Tide Cleaners. The shirts were well-starched and laundered. My dry cleaning item was also done well and cleaned. The parking is very small and tight so go during non-primetime hours such as 7 am or mid-day. The owners are very nice, polite, and respectful.

I took my fabric and photo to new owner in very early June and she said she could make the item from the photo. When I didn't hear from her she said it was prom time, etc., and would turn her attention back to it after the crunch season. That crunch season was long over when I realized she wasn't going to make the item. I picked up my fabric and photo (with phone number on photo) and she gladly turned everything over to me without explanation. I didn't bother to ask because I felt it was probably due to several reasons, mainly it was not within her scope of expertise. I have since read the previous review and realized I was right.
