Instead of politely correcting mistakes, he insults people for making simple errors. The way he speaks to customers is rude and unprofessional. I think he should be advised on how to treat customers with respect.

I was pleasantly surprised! The facilities are clean, the machines are well maintained and there was ample space to wait and fold clothes. They try to keep it cool by keeping fans blowing but when it's hot out that's a difficult task. The only complaint I have is that there was no attendant there for much of the time I was there. They had left a note to call a cell number if there was a problem. I needed change of a $20 in order to get quarters to pay for the machines. Fortunately, there is a store at the shopping plaza and I bought a soda and broke the $20 there but I didn't want the soda. End game - the clothes were clean and it was well kept. I would definitely use these facilities again.

The location was super clean and well-organized. I liked that the machines were arranged by size, with the larger ones up front and smaller ones in the back--this made everything really easy to navigate. There was plenty of seating, plus vending machines for both laundry supplies and snacks. They even had a children's area with coloring books, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch. The employee I interacted with was very friendly and helpful, and took the time to explain how everything worked. I did two loads of laundry for about $7 and was in and out in around an hour. Honestly, I'd come back just to wash bigger items like comforters since my own machines always struggle with bedding. Definitely a great first laundromat experience!

I've been a patron of this bar for 2 years and I've witnessed Lauren cuz out customers like this on a whim several times. I was always a fly on the wall but never thought she would do me like this. She denied to serve me because of a video I took a couple months ago of her- Mind y'all I haven't been there in weeks nor never posted this video of her anywhere but sent it to literally one person and it got back to her apparently that I filmed her acting a fool at the establishment she works at. She refused to serve me for that reason alone despite me being sober and just being a patron at the bar, yet I'm a reasonable person and told her that I never posted it anywhere on social media and she rebutteled with "well why did you take a video of me and Matt" I told her I did because it was too much going on that night and it felt necessary. Now, I feel compelled to show you guys how she treats her patrons. As I was walking out of suds I told her that I was going to report her to management about her behavior and she blanked on me saying she was "management" - screaming and yelling like she did on the people in that video. She threw a corona bottle at me that hit my face and bruised my chin. Don't support this establishment or this person. She's is abrasive and abusive to her patrons and customers if she doesn't like you. I don't know how this place still employs Laura, clearly she was wasted in the video. The employees at these places also do other hardcore recreational drugs hence the anger issues. If you want to be served by a wasted, high on cocaine bartender and tossed out on a whim this is the place to go.
