Even though I live local I would never use this dry cleaners. I took some pants in to have hemmed,…read moreonce l got home l realized they hadn't been hemmed... so I pinned them where they needed to be cut off at and took them back to the cleaners the next day. The guy who could barely speak English argued with me for 10 minutes telling me they were hemmed but they were not... I tried to explain that I took him home and pin them back up again so they could him them he said that would be extra charge I said no I've already paid for you to him them and you haven't done that. After not being able to get my point across I left with unhemmed pants that I paid $12 for!! Neverrr again will l use or recommend them!!

I told him that I tried to bring them Tuesday, but they were closed. He said, "oh yeah, we were closed yesterday." I brought some clothes by today (Tuesday) and he said I should have brought them Monday or Tuesday. I said, "Isn't today Tuesday?" He said "Yes, but it's too late. I told you last time Monday or Tuesday." I said "It is Tuesday!" Lol. It's 12:45pm. I assume a lot of people try to bring clothes on their lunch break. I don't understand what is going on. Lol. I guess if you can bring clothes in on a Monday they may clean them for you. I'm not going to try though, I'll find somewhere else.
