Happy hour late night!!! $5 desserts!
    Jill M.

Our tour guide Betty from Boot Hill Suggested Mai Tai for late night cheap drinks. We enjoyed a Thursday late night happy hour which starts at 9pm. We sat outdoors, where smoking is not allowed. The view of Richie Plaza and the Band Shell were pretty spectacular on this night with a full moon (or close). Drinks are cheap. We were all about the fruity drink specials for $5. Lava Flow was like dessert, too sweet for me. The Captain Morgan Rum Runner was tasty. The wait staff was nice, but never did bring my water or ask my friend about a refill. Could have been more attentive. The restaurant deck was clean, comfortable and has great vibes. Being oceanfront doesn't hurt! The lead vocals in the live band sounded like karaoke--and not good karaoke. Even with the cheap drinks--you couldn't drink enough for that guy to sound good.

Came here for some drinks and snacks and a nice place to chat with a view of the ocean. Was a bit disappointed by the Mai Tai itself, but I really enjoyed the Lava Flow, it was so creamy and delicious. The food was tasty, but a bit small and expensive for the portions.

We stopped in here for dinner and were one of three tables of customers. That should have tipped us off. We started with the calamari which were extremely small. Not the plate, the actual calamari. They were over battered and over fried. Very rubbery. Then we got the chicken tenders and they were also over fried and very dry. The bourbon dipping "sauce" was completely liquid, like water. It tasted like they just mixed bourbon and sugar in a jar and then poured it in a cup and called it sauce. Lastly, the firecracker shrimp. They were not deveined and when I pointed this out to the waiter he said "I don't know any restaurant that cleans the small ones"...like I was just supposed to get over myself and happily eat poop. And trying to pass off that other restaurants are dirty (which they are not) so they can be too. We got Mai Tai's to drink and they were pretty good, hence the two stars.

This is probably my favorite spot in Daytona. Such a good atmosphere with great food and entertainment. We drove in for the weekend to pick up a bike and take advantage of a romantic getaway. This was the perfect location to do so. We even came back the next night and it was even better. The live band on Friday was really good too. The prices are so affordable especially if you order off of the happy hour menu, which has late night hours. Overall, we will definitely be back when we come back for bike week.

Amazing happy hour. Decent views of the beach kind of through the boardwalk/pavillion. We were there on a Fri (M-F they have certain apps on a happy hour special and also drink specials) the day we were there they offered their late night drink specials during happy hour which included $3 Kona Big Wave and $3 glasses of wine. We also had a couple of their happpy hour apps. The shrimp ceviche was really good. For the happy hour price of $6 they don't give you a smaller portion which I've had some places do. It's kind of like pica de gallo with streamed shrimp. We liked it and thought it was refreshing. We also had the coconut shrimp which was also really good. 5 large shrimp in coconut batter fried to a perfect crisp and served with some kind of marmalade type sauce. We seriously may go back tomorrow.

Stopped by for dinner and drinks on Friday night in the summer. Just ahead of the 9pm happy hour so we paid normal price for everything. Still reasonable, $8 per drink. The drinks were delicious and came up fast. We decided on some food as well. Ordered 12 chicken wings and a Margherita flat bread. Gave 4 stars as the food took longer than it should have to come out (the waitress informed us after putting our order in). We were hungry and not in a rush so not a big deal. It didn't seem too busy at that time yet so I was surprised they were behind in the kitchen. When it did arrive though, the two of us ate every wing and most of the flat bread. Would definitely order those same items again. But we will be returning and most likely will try something different. There were a lot of tasty options. Definitely want to come back during late night happy hour as drinks and some menu items are a few dollars cheaper. The bartenders were all great!

This was sooo bad! No one was here and we still got crappy service ! Ordered the cheeseburger well-done. And well - you see it! Horrible. And service was horrible and we were the only ones on the patio!

Visited twice in one day while staying at the Hilton Oceanfront. It was pretty much a few steps away from our room. Awesome happy hour during the day (on food and drinks) and a happy hour on drinks at night. Their buffalo chicken sliders are really tasty as well as the firecracker shrimp and bbq chicken flatbread. Wasn't really digging the Parmesan fries though. Decent prices, even outside of happy hour..and our server, Jackie, was the best! Great service and the bartender, Ant, was holding the drinks down!

All night happy hour? Practically. Come Monday through Friday and it's happy hour prices from 4 p.m. until 1 a.m., except for two hours between 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Saturdays it's on 9 p.m. - 1 a.m. and Sundays it's 4 p.m. - 12 a.m. Happy Hour Prices: Specialty Cocktails $4 Well Drinks $3 Beer Pints $2.50 (Bud, Coors, Miller, Kona) Beer Pints $2.75 (Yuengling, Michelob Ultra) Beer Pints $4.00 (Magic Hat, Stella, Shock Top, Landshark, Fat Tire) Mai Tai's is where you go if you want tropical drinks at a reasonable price in a themed bar. If you are looking to have a full dinner here, you're out of luck, but they do have plenty of appetizers to get you through. Icy Mai Tai - Good, but no whoa factor. Lava Flow - Pina Colada with Strawberry. Good if you like sweet, fruity, creamy drinks. Cucumber Melon Crush - I loved this one. Really refreshing cucumber, with a little melon flavor to give it some sweetness. Spinach Artichoke Dip - Good portion size, I was happy eating it, but I wasn't impressed. Frizzled Onion Strings - Breaded, battered and fried onion slivers with BBQ and ranch. Kind of like the onion strings that Applebee's serves. I like those and I like these. Popcorn Shrimp - Our group gobbled these up in 5 minutes. They give you quite a few shrimp, I would totally order this again. French Fries with Herb and Parmesan - They come served in a suspened cone with the cheese and herbs sprinkled and melted on top. BBQ Chicken Flatbread - Loved this. Their flatbread is very thin, crispy, but full of chicken, cheese, red onions and garlic on each slice, then drizzled with BBQ sauce. The night we went there was a local band that came on around 11 p.m. and played rock cover songs from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. The next night they were having a battle of the bands. Our server Kacy was the bomb. She was sweet, had our drinks out quick and didn't forget anyone's order in our group of 15+. The food also arrived quickly. The best seats are outside facing the boardwalk and Daytona Beach Bandshell, but if it's thunderstorm season you are better of grabbing a table inside vs. chancing it and having your food and drinks soaked. Planning a Daytona Beach pub crawl? Put Mai Tai's on your list!

    Happy hour until 7pm!

Daytona Beach didn't just stumble into its ranking as the #4 city for nightlife on the planet--it earned it through the sheer, electric legacy of spots like Timmy T's. This isn't just a nightclub; it's a legendary MTV-era cathedral of sound and light where the "Daytona Dream" was born. But look closer. Beyond the 50,000 watts of bass and the ocean-view VIP decks, there is a new frequency vibrating through the salt air. In a city where the sun never sets on the party, the Daytona Dream Center is proving that the "girls of the nightlife" aren't just part of the scene--they are the scene's greatest untapped potential. The Vibe: Imagine the raw, unfiltered energy of 90s MTV Spring Break fused with a modern, high-glamour sanctuary. Timmy T (the visionary Chudkosky himself) hasn't just preserved a club; he's curated an atmosphere of "Atmospheric Alchemy." It's where the music meets the soul. The Inspiration: For every woman navigating the neon-lit corridors of the world's elite party district, the message is clear: Your lifestyle is a masterpiece in progress. Supported by the heart-centered mission of the Daytona Dream Center, the nights at Timmy T's are no longer just about the dance floor--they're about the rise. This is where the elite converge, not just to lose themselves, but to find a higher version of their own story. In the #4 nightlife city in the world, the brightest lights aren't on the stage; they're the women who turn the nightlife into a lifestyle of power, purpose, and transformation. The Verdict: If you haven't experienced the "transcendent frequency" of Timmy T's, you haven't seen Daytona. Come for the legend, stay for the evolution.

As many of you locals know, these events can last anywhere from four days to almost two weeks which allows multiple opportunities to visit annually, hang out with friends, see all the great shows and have some awesome food and drink. If you have never been to the Full Moon during a motorcycle event you should definitely give it a try. All the concerts are free, the beer is relatively cheap and the girls are beautiful! If you only have a chance to see one band while your here, mark your calendar for Rockit Fly, they pull the biggest crowd and it is always a blast. Rockit Fly is a local favorite and all of the members are personable and easy to talk to. Twisted tea is $3, Bud and Bud light is $4, Yuengling is $5. There are multiple food vendors on site providing items like: large turkey legs, sausage and peppers, chicken on a stick, funnel cakes, french fries, loaded fries, loaded nachos, corn dogs, large pork chops, Philly cheesesteaks, brisket, ribs and much more. Note: it can get loud in here so bring earplugs as a precaution. There are times when I have no problems at all but if I've been listening to bands all day it's nice to know that I have them if I need them. Additional Note: There is minimal seating at the Full Moon but there are bar ledges on the perimeter of the entrance off Main street where you can lean, take a partial load off and watch the bikes go by. The main stage is outdoors with tons of room for large groups. There is also an indoor bar in the back (by the food vendors) with another stage where secondary shows/contests take place in the air conditioning.

We came for lunch and honestly didn't want to leave. Our server Brooke was the kind of person who makes a restaurant great. Attentive, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we sat down. She had great energy and made our whole group feel taken care of without ever being intrusive. Ask for her if you can. The food was outstanding. We ordered the ahi tuna pizza -- a crispy flatbread topped with fresh raw tuna, avocado, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of spicy aioli and teriyaki glaze. It was stunning to look at and even better to eat. The blackened fish sandwich came loaded with fresh toppings and paired perfectly with the golden fries. The grilled chicken tacos were generous and well-seasoned with a mango salsa on the side that really popped. We also got the coconut shrimp -- beautifully fried with a honey mustard dipping sauce -- and our little one loved the chicken bites and fries. Don't skip the gator bites either -- a true Florida experience, perfectly crispy and served with a honey mustard that kept us reaching for more. Everything tasted fresh, like it came straight off the boat. We toasted the afternoon with margaritas on the rocks and honestly couldn't imagine a better setting -- salt-rimmed cups, ocean breeze, the sound of waves just a few feet away. Yes, the prices are a step up, but when you factor in that you're sitting steps from the beach with food this fresh and a view like this, it's worth every penny. If you're passing through Daytona, make a point to stop in -- you won't regret it.
