I do. 2 days go by, I call him back, tells me they'll have the estimate over by EoD 5/23/24. No contact from them. Called him back for the third time 5/24/24. Said it was probably best they just come out to do the work - that they were hourly, reputable, etc etc. They''d been recommended to me, so I said, hey, sure come out 6/3/24 at 9 AM, we'll have the fixtures ready to go. No show, call 'em back at 10:15. Hey, you guys coming out? "Oh, let me check my notes...I don't have you on the schedule." "Tim, I gotta be honest here, you guys have fallen through on your obligations 3x now, what do you think we should do?" "Well, uh, I think it best we not do the work after all." Aright man, I'll go leave some reviews. "You do that!" As you requested, here's my review of your work Tim: I wouldn't recommend these guys to turn the water on, let alone be paid to do professional work. Stay far far away.

I had Charlie's Drain Service come to my home regarding flooding in my basement, and unfortunately,…read moreI was very disappointed with the experience. When I tried to explain the issue we were having, one of the workers was very rude and dismissive. Instead of taking the time to listen and fully understand where the flooding was coming from, I felt as though my concerns were being brushed off. A service was then performed that was not actually needed and did not resolve the problem I originally called about. This was extremely frustrating because I contacted a professional company expecting them to properly assess the situation before performing work. As a customer dealing with an already stressful situation involving water and flooding in my home, I expected to be treated respectfully, have my concerns taken seriously, and receive a clear explanation of what work was actually necessary before a service was performed. I am very dissatisfied with both the customer service I received and the way the issue was handled.

Ryan & Brandy are quite the team! Their sales pitch will be convincing! You may begin to get…read moreexcited & feel as though you've hit the jackpot by finding RB Plumbing & Remodeling to complete your repair a/o remodeling needs! Based on our experience with them, I will list a few things for those considering RB Plumbjng & Remodeling and I STRONGLY suggest doing the necessary research BEFORE hand as there is a plethra of concerning documentation to prove that these are NOT the folks for the job... these are not people you would want in your home! The RB Plumbing & Remodeling website states they are "licensed, insured, and bonded and that customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance. FACT ~ a business license is NOT the same as a contractors license! FACT ~ one MUST be licensed to register w/ the respected city according to city ordinances, building codes & regulations. Without the training, experience, education, and proper credentials, it is impossible to become licensed and impossible to obtain the mandatory work permits for qualifying repairs or home improvements! Furthermore, it is FACT ~ that it is impossible to obtain the necessary insurance & bonding for customer protection! DO NOT take someone's word! Require all information up front and VERIFY VERIFY VERIFY! The customer has limited recourse without it! In October 2019 we learned all of this the hard way! Ryan and his crew at the time installed a new (and pathetically cheep) bathtub, tile surround, shower fixtures, & tile flooring! This was one of the most horrendous displays of workmanship of all time! But worse than that, attempting to discuss our concernes with Ryan & Brandy, we learned who they really are! Master manipulators & con artists that created some delusional fabricated story about it all being "our fault"! Tantrum like behavior... insulting my husband & me, making false accusations, falsifying emails & other documents, posting untruths and completely unfounded scenarios on public forums! I believe these actions are their way of trying to intimidate and harass the customer, hoping to avoid blowing their cover! Please do the research & ask the questions! A true professional will gladly provide all documention to validate their credentials! A quote from Angie's List ~ "if a contractor doesn't follow the law & good business practices by being licensed, insured, and bonded... then where else is he/she cutting corners?" Keep in mind, if something goes wrong... you will be responsible!
