The owner of the company Dave Higgins will use the cheapest parts he can find to install in your home if they even show up. A family member who works for insurance companies feeds these people calls. They come out to your home to collect a deductible then rarely show up again to do the work promised. The manager "Sheldon" will usually lie about getting someone out to do the work, leaving the homeowner with non-operable plumbing systems until several calls are made to the insurance company. During the last 5 months, these people have left dozens of homeowners without a water heater, disconnected fixtures and will walk away from water leaks. They do not have the proper training to even clean your drain. Worst company ever!
