In May 2024 my sub pump in my house failed and a nice guy by the name of Nick came and replaced my…read moresub pump taking only 10 to 15 minutes to do the job and I was charged $650. Now here we are in April 2026 my sub pump failed again. I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!

She said "no thanks" because it seemed suspicious that the estimate could suddenly be cut in half. They then charged her $59 "Service Call" charge. I have the invoice here - INCREDIBLE. What "Service"..... Pity some poor old lady who doesnt challenge such an estimate. Needless to say I do NOT recommend these people. Oh, and they sent 2 people for such a simple job, which I ended up doing myself in about 45 minutes.
