The high quality work and attention to detail is truly remarkable. During our initial phone call, she took the time to answer all of my questions and didn't rush me. Today I visited Woodland Sewing & Vacuum Center and was pleasantly surprised. The owner took the time to educate me on all the various brands (and there is a nice assortment of brands) he carries in his store. The experience was top notch and reminded me of the pride, and dedication of what family business offered in times long past. Pavel got back to us, indicating that the warranty was set to expire in under a week. He did all the footwork to see if we could get a replacement part, as I couldn't find any of the warranty docs. The manufacturer stated that they didn't make those parts any longer. Pavel was able to negotiate an entire replacement before the expiration. Oh my goodness! His customer service skills are awesome. He is trustworthy. We are lucky to have his business and what he brings to our downtown area. We'll be loyal customers!
