When my friend's wedding guest dress arrived, it unfortunately arrived too big. So she came here and paid over $200 for a rush alteration. When she picked it up in the morning she immediately tried it on and the hem on her butt looked HORRIFIC. My friend works long laborious hours to be able to make enough income to put food on her table and this lady couldn't even wait 15 minutes after closing time to fix the horrific job that she made! She refused to let my friends boyfriend drop the dress off and pick it up even after she already took my friends measurements and refused pictures/videos for reference. Instead she had the AUDACITY to suggest my friend come back after the wedding to fix the dress she was supposed to wear TO the wedding (???). Customer service must've ran out the door after the last 5 star review because this lady has absolutely no remorse or care for your satisfaction or deadlines. read more

I dropped items off and they were promptly ready a week later! $83 I was returned 2 repaired silk robes, 1 silk tank repair, a pant zipper replacement and stitching repair -- 5 well done repairs on items that had otherwise been wasting away in my closet. Owner of the shop is so delightful and pleasant, she provided an itemized receipt upfront. Payment was collected at the end when retrieving your items. I've had both of my children's clothes done here as well as one of my husband's suits. One pair of pant hems were pressed neatly, and the other pair of my pants were hemmed without being pressed (this would be the reason for removing a star, I realize I am just being finicky but I would like some consistency when I am paying for a service). The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Brought some work pants in for a hem. Simple enough, I just didn't want to do it myself. $11 for a simple hem? Seems high, but again, I was being lazy. Picked them up, looks good. But the first time I wear them, a loose string gets caught in my shoe, and the whole left hem comes loose. I go home, sew it back up muttering to myself about why a professional is not using a lock stitch on the bottom of pants. Then after another six weeks (and probably eight wears max) the other hem gives up the ghost. So in essence, you charged me $11 to cut the bottom inch off my pants. Never returning. read more

Took in 2 dresses...Had to have the straps altered on a bridesmaid dress and the other to have a tear fixed. She did a fantastic job on both! Her prices are very reasonable, paid $12 for the tear to be fixed and $24 for the straps on my bridesmaid dress :) Will definitely be going back!! She is very nice! read more

She is delightful to speak with, does very professional work and charges a fair price for the quality work she does. I would not go any other place. I brought in a one piece jumpsuit that was too long and baggy in the legs ( they looked like MC Hammer pants). I had to pick them up the next day and go out of town , and they were able to get it done ! Of course I paid for express order, but they also reinforced the straps to make them stronger (for free) .
