Now the return window was closed and a smaller size was out of stock. So I decided to see about altering them and found Sarah's business. Sarah and I discussed options and in the end we chose to put in two front tucks to take in the waist. The work was completed quickly and the alteration is invisible. And, oh by the way, the fit is perfect . Money well spent; thank you Sarah .

5 stars - Exceptional service at Yolo Laundry - JJ is a lifesaver!…read moreI wasn't sure what to expect when I first walked into Yolo Laundry, but meeting JJ, the store manager, changed everything. What a genuinely kind and hardworking guy--he truly goes above and beyond! During one of my busiest months (hello, holidays!), I dropped off my laundry with very little notice, and JJ made it work seamlessly. He handled everything with great care, washed and dried it quickly, and folded my clothes so neatly and compactly--it looked professional and saved me so much space. I don't have time to sit and wait at a laundromat, and I don't want to. JJ kept me updated the whole time via text, letting me know exactly when my load would be ready for pickup. Thanks to him, laundry became one less stress during a hectic period. If you're in Woodland and need reliable wash-and-fold service with real personal attention, this is the spot. Shoutout to JJ--you rock! Highly recommend.

Joe, the owner, came to pick up my laundry at my house, free of charge, being that I live in Woodland. I don't know if he charges, if you live out of the area. They charge by the pound, which they weigh at their place of business. Before leaving, Joe, gave me an approximate day of when my laundered clothes would be ready. Joe communicated via text with any questions and/or updates he had for me. I was able to do the same. They had my laundry washed and immaculately folded back to me in two days! Joe, came back to my home to deliver my clothes. They arrived in three securely tied up clear plastic bags. My clean clothes smelled amazing! The total charge was $60, which I felt was a reasonable amount for 30lbs. of clothes. This service was well worth it! Next time I need to have my laundry done, I'll definitely call up Joe at Yolo Laundry. I highly recommend them. Thank you Joe, and staff.

Granted, I do a lot less dry cleaning than I used to, as is the case with most of us I think. As a result, I've watched quite a number of dry cleaners go out of business in this town. That said, I've been pretty shocked at what they've been able to do! I don't know if the woman who runs it is the owner, but I suspect she is because I've literally seen her every time I've been in for the past 25 years. She is lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!

They made my business pants smaller and forgot to fix the button, but luckily they fixed them by the next day. The owner also made a comment about how the shirt was not a flattering color on me. I had a frustrating experience and will not be going back! I could've bought a used sewing machine and altered the clothes myself for that price.
