Granted, I do a lot less dry cleaning than I used to, as is the case with most of us I think. As a result, I've watched quite a number of dry cleaners go out of business in this town. Are they the cheapest in town? Nope. Not at all. They're not ridiculously expensive though. But most importantly, they are honest. If they don't think they can get a spot out, they will tell you. That said, I've been pretty shocked at what they've been able to do! I don't know if the woman who runs it is the owner, but I suspect she is because I've literally seen her every time I've been in for the past 25 years. She is lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!

I paid fee, he pointed his finger, call me SOB again, you are no longer our customer!!!! Please avoid this business, something is wrong!!!!

They agreed to both hem and taper it. Originally, about 7 inches needed to be removed, but I specifically asked for only 6 inches to be taken off because the garment was meant to have a baggy style, and they agreed. When I returned to pick it up, I was told they couldn't taper it after all--but they had already hemmed it anyway, without consulting me. On top of that, they didn't follow my request to leave an extra inch, so the pants ended up looking cropped and completely off, just as I had feared. I refused to pay because the garment was essentially ruined and unwearable. I even let them keep it since it no longer served me. They should have called me before making changes that deviated from the original plan. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging their mistake, the owner refused to take responsibility. It was a terrible experience.

Customer service doesn't exist…read more I am new in town and run a company that involves high quality clothing and models getting clothing hemmed. I brought in clothes from a photoshoot to get cleaned and to get a personal jumpsuit fitted since I'm so short. When I walked in I was going to go ahead and drop the clothes off to get cleaned first which she saw, but told me to get my hem started first. The lady wouldn't touch the hem because it was already hemmed on a portion of the clothes. I asked her to at least do the legs since that portion was untouched, she refused and kept telling me how the clothing is supposed to fit even though I'm the one wearing it and I had to keep reiterating I am short so it SHOULD NOT fit that way. I ended up telling her I would do it myself. When I proceeded to drop off the cleaning, now the lady conveniently can't clean the clothing which I assumed was due to the quality even though she saw the clothes prior to me dealing with the seamstress. This was the short version but I'd rather drive 40 minutes into Sacramento with traffic than deal with them again. Just lost a lot of business. Their loss someone else's gain.

But don't be deterred, because this place is great! They are affordable and dependable. I always leave with perfectly pressed fresh dry-cleaned clothes. They are also great about making sure to check and ask for stains, and they are honest about whether they will be able to get them out. ALTERATIONS: Even though I now live in Sac, I still plan to come back to this place if I need stuff altered. It can be tough to trust the person that is going to cut and sew your clothes, because if there's a mistake, it can be unfixable. My bf had an experience at another cleaner where his slacks turned into flood pants - not his style! But here, they never let me down. Recently, I was going out of town and needed jeans hemmed by the next day. Not only did they give me a fast turnaround, but they did not charge me extra. Thumbs up Davis Cleaners!

When I went in the lady said a regular king blanket costs $35 but the weighted blankets are a little more. Okay no problem... until I found out they are $50 more!! That is insane. I feel as if I got ripped off. On top of the very high pricing, they didn't even finish the job. The blanket has a duvet cover, that I asked they put back on when done washing... they did not put it back on. If I'm paying $85 for this service the least they can do is finish out the job. We were referred to FrsTeam through a construction company called B Line. B Line Construction was introduced to us through our neighbor when our house got caught and fire and we needed B Line to help us with boarding up our roof so rain doesn't get into the attic and make further damages to what was already damaged by the fire. At first, FrsTeam was very nice to you and they were extremely responsive until they get a hold of all your stuff and completely cut off all communications. I initially asked them to clean some of our furniture and clothing we needed for work. Our house got caught on fire so all of our belongings got fire damage. Heavy smoke damage that requires certain chemical to get smoke smell removed. Upon learning that, I had asked FrsTeam to come get some of what they called "emergency items" cleaned. Those emergency items included our couches, TVs, and work clothes. However, instead of taking only clothing items that I approved them to take, they packed all our clothes, 7 TVs, items in our garage that were not approved. After doing that, they sent my insurance a cleaning bill for $31k. I called my insurance and told them not to pay for that because there were things they took that they did not have permission to take. Now, they are threatening to hold our stuff hostage and charge holding fees, storage fees, late fees on top of other fees until we pay them. They are the absolute worst company you can ever hire to help you with any type of content cleaning. They will act very nice and friendly to you until they get their hands on all your belongings and it's game over. PLEASE TRUST ME AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OF YOUR HOUSE GOT WATER OR FIRE DAMAGE AND YOU NEED A CLEANING COMPANY FOR YPUR CONTENT! They do not respect you as homeowners. They find you as a gold mine and will try to squeeze every penny from your insurance. This company should not exist in the face of this earth.
