If I could give this place a higher rating I would!!! 1st of all, the customer service...BRADLY WAS AMAZING & DESERVES A RAISE!!! I had a rough day & got there close to closing time & still needed to dry clothes (by the way...ONLY $2.50 FOR 30 MINS!) but he allowed me to finish drying my clothes while engaging in a nice conversation...AND my ride was running late SO HE WAITED OUT FRONT WITH ME UNTIL MY RIDE GOT THERE!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!! Anyway, I did ALL this for $35. There was some things that were barely damp, but I was very impressed (compared to Dixon laundry mat - less clothes, spent 3x the amount & clothes were still SUPER WET!) ***Only thing I wasn't expecting was that it's not free to dry anymore if you wash there...but it's still a decent price so I didn't mind it. read more

The attendant just let a man walk through from the back exit to the front while smoking a cigarette causing the whole location to reek of smoke. Including the clothes I just pulled from the dryer! They just opened after renovation with new machines with revised prices. No more free dryers rather you are spending huge money on dryers. I think they are trying to make an extra profit because you have to pay extra for Hot. They decreases the Wash times on washers with more money. Extra convenience fee through Dexter pay. New ownership is really greedy. The washes went up $2 each. A 6 load that was $7 is now $9.50. The dryers are not free anymore, so the price increase feels like a scam. I hope Davis locals are able to find another laundromat with reasonable prices. 3 thick blankets and 2 comforters = $26.25 that's unreasonable. Since the remodeling over the summer of 2023, day and night differences for the better. Better machines, cleaner facility, and still uses Apple Pay. Furthermore, so happy they went to pay dryer it help mitigate so many issues of being over crowded. And just working folks. Plus, with pay drying it help with people now not using excessive dryers. read more

One star for all the reasons everyone else said. Almost all machines have some issue with the pay. Some of the washers/dryers smell. A HUGE proportion of the dryers are out of order. All these problems have been going on for at least several months with nothing fixed. Things have only deteriorated more during this time. read more

after their recent renovation, their prices are MUCH higher. wash is MUCH higher and drying is no longer free, but is quite expensive. before the renovation, this was a good place to go. I used the large washers. and drying was free . I won't be going there again. it's too expensive. read more

I really enjoyed this laundromat for awhile but for the last 6 months or so it's really gone down hill. The attendants are always super rude and unresponsive, I will obviously have my laundry to do here and they will accuse me of not being a customer when I ask for change or to use the restroom. This place ONLY uses cold water wash (even if you choose warm or hot on the machine), and they don't tell you that or have it posted anywhere. Unless you use heavily scented detergent and softener, everything comes out smelling slightly mildewy. read more

I have been a customer here twice. I paid for a wash, left, and came back later to dry my clothes because I didn't have a three-hour block of time to do it all in one visit. When I came back, the woman at the front desk assumed I was not a paying customer despite me offering to show her receipts or pay extra to use the dryers (which are advertised as free with a wash). She would not listen, would not let me pay, and seemed oddly paranoid. She kept ranting and suggesting we (paying customers) are going to get her in trouble for being there. She also rudely told my girlfriend to "put some clothes on" in that sort of tone that says "you're a slut" in front of everybody. Um excuse me, why do you think we are? After that, my girlfriend walked away and she continued yelling at me and threatening me as I packed up my stuff to leave. Would never spend my money here again. read more

I always come wash my clothes here because I have to much clothes to wash it at my apartment. It's just more worth my money. I've been coming here for several years (since it's been Love Laundry). It's always clean, sometimes a little crowded but I still manage to get a 6 or 8 load machine. Definitely worth. Will continue to come as long as I live in Davis. read more

Used to love this place. Idk if it's when they changed to this new name, but now all the machines say "out of service". You can't Tap card to pay, and even all their "slide card" doesn't work. Well, let's get ready to tumble *ba dum tss* Except...not really. Everything about this laundromat is as poorly formatted as its name. They justify the 3$ price per load (can be higher if wanting to wash your clothes at a dirt level of anything higher than a puritan)... with a promised free dry! And sure, there is a free dry. That's fifteen minutes long and extremely slow to dry. Meaning unless you want to stay there for around 45 minutes to an hour pressing the button to run the machine again, you have to pay. As some people choose to waste their day pressing the dryer button again and again, the laundromat is always crowded with people peering into each other's machines, and likely, souls. read more

It's sad to see how far gone this laundromat has gone. The previous owners always had staff on hand to help (very friendly) and keep the place clean. Now they never have staff on hand, and if they do, super unhelpful, rude, and you can tell they don't want to be there (I believe it was the manager). Half of the 3 and 4 loaders were out of order last time I was there and the rest wouldn't even take a card. I don't believe I will be returning. Time to make the switch to Lava Laundry in Davis. I walked in @ 8:37.. a woman approached me and said "excuse me, you can't wash here!" I was thinking what? Why? She then said it's after 8:30, last wash at 8:30. I said" oh sorry, I only have a small blanket & 1 set of sheets." She said "last wash at 8:30."I said "ok! What if I don't dry? "She said" no it's free dry". Huh? Hello Love laundry service was the best, I been going to love laundry since they open to get my business laundry done its great, now new owner is Terrible I never had a problem before with love laundry, with it a wash I'm having a problem with losing my laundry so many time few item here and there back in February 2021 i drop off 2 bags laundry worth about $450 , and I Contact new owner 2 days later He call me back, and then he supposed to meet me and call me never heard back from him since then, I call again left message at his cell and business phone still i haven't heard back from him and left message again April 23/ 2021. I don't think he give Damn about his customers hopefully that review get him attention and do something about my problem and Resolve this issue soon as possible. Dropped off blankets for professional cleaning on Friday evening. Received a call on Saturday morning they were ready. Employees were friendly. Blankets were nicely folded, and tightly sealed in plastic bags. Recommend for very fast, reliable cleaning. read more

Always seem to have some kind of iissue here. From coming back 5 minutes after my laundry is supposed to be done and find it in baskets strewn about the entire building. Or not being open when said that they are open. The attendents often will not allow you in towards the end of the night in an attempt to close earlier than stated. read more

This place is so run down its sad. I've seen it slowly get worse as the years went by. Now it's barely tolerable to wash there. Half of the washers are cold water only and half of the dryers are out of order. The workers there are rude and unhelpful. They apparently don't even offer the restroom anymore and don't offer to help you when their run down machines don't wash your clothes properly. The machines are obviously not maintained well, some of have mold and smell mildewy. Will be washing elsewhere now to not get scammed out of my money. read more

I like this place. They took care of my laundry. If you use their wash and fold service they charge $1.50 per pound or a minimum of $15 which seems reasonable. I had 20 pounds of clothing and paid $30. read more

Gema was so sweet! I wasn't aware the hours had changed and I had A LOT of laundry to do... the last wash was 8:30pm as they were closing at 10pm. I got there around 8:55pm. She let me know they were closed, but she allowed me to come in anyway and get all of my laundry done. She was extremely helpful and friendly and assured me I didn't need to rush (though I did, because I felt terrible). Also, she was cleaning the ENTIRE time I was there. I've been coming here for almost a year now under love laundry and since under the new ownership of it's a wash.. i was hesitant to come here as soon as i heard management changed. I wanted to make sure that i was dealing with Anita and her crew... love making that 17 minute drive early in the morning to get laundry done. Not only is the place clean but the staff is beyond great. For the past 10 months that I've been going here, hands down ANITA, boy let me tell you about her. She is a wonderful person. As soon as you ask her for ANY kind of help, she will attend to you right there and then. She will drop what she's doing and assist you. Every time I'm here at least every other week, she's cleaning and making sure the place looks presentable and the equipment is clean. If she's not climbing ladders to wipe down on top of the dryers, she's outside wiping and making sure the glass is clean and free of handprints. I enjoy coming here because of how she makes me feel about washing. If i have a question about anything with washing, she'll inform me or teach me knowing that she's been in this industry for a while now.. I'm glad there is someone there like her that maintains a good and comfortable environment and facility. read more
