most laundry mats I've been are kind of scary. The Happy Laundry is very clean and spacious. The price for washers and dryers are great!

They should really work on cleaning the wash machines properly. Most of them smell like mildew and the glass has hard water and detergent stains. It used to be better but it's just gotten lazy. Also the dryers are supposed to get 5 mins per quarter but on some of them only 4 mins is given. If you go here just be sure to smell the washers before using or bring disinfectant wipes to at-least get the smell out before you wash. read more

Not just, clean and great customer service from the lady that works there! She's always helpful!

Thank goodness for this place. Our dryer died on us . Ugh !! I haven't been to a laundry mat in years. I was worried and it's COVID time. Well I am so glad we came here. This place was clean and spacious. Washers and dryers worked great. It was nice to do all the clothes and bedding in like 1 1-2 hours. I have a new dryer now but I might still come in once and a while for all the bedding. I love the big dryers read more

This place closes at 8:30 can in at 8 just to dry, immediately they told us no and turned off the open sign. Maybe get better employees who actually care about their customers. read more

I came here today to wash and dry 3 comforters. I was able to get them into the washers that take a charge card. But I went to use the dryer's and they were all taken except the ones that require money. I figured it wasn't a issue because I have a card but I tried to use the change machine to get money and it was broken. All the dryers were done but the clothes were still in them but they're was only a handful of people inside so they could have been there waiting for whoever left them came back. The bathroom was out of order. There was no attendant. This was a big headache. I remember everything working and the attendant being available. I probably won't come back with this service as it's just like all the other ones. read more

Very clean, the machines always seem to be working unlike many places, and I've rarely had to wait for a turn because its not usually busy at the times I go. The ladies that work here are very nice. They greet me with a smile when I enter, thank me and wave goodbye when I leave, and are quick to help if you need it even with a slight language barrier. They've even helped me fold giant sheets without me asking when they noticed my struggle. What more could you ask for from a laundromat? The workers have never rushed me or made me feel unwelcome. If you're trying to walk in to start your laundry an hour before close and you feel rushed because of that, that's not the laundry ladies' fault- that's your own poor planning. read more

This place is amazing!!!! Great job new management! Thumbs up!! -Great selection of washers and dryers for different loads. I used 80lbs washers and it was big enough to put two blankets. -The place is very spacious and CLEAN. -They have music and TVs to entertain you while waiting for your laundry. -The restroom is clean and it's only for customers which is good. Bonus* Dutch Bros is in the same shopping center so it's perfect. Load your laundry, grab a coffee!Double Bonus**Wash and fold service is only $1 per lb!!!!! What?! I'm definitely coming for the service. I would totally recommend this laundry spot! read more

My dryer broke two days before our family trip. With not much time on hand, I gathered our laundry and headed to happy laundry. This was my first time there and I was impressed by how clean and easy the machines were to use. The convenience of using a credit card or going to the coin machine, made it a breeze to do six loads of wash and two oversized loads in the dryer. It only took about an hour and 15 minutes so I had the rest of my day back to get ready for our vacation! This will definitely be my go to place when the laundry piles up or washing oversized blankets and rugs! read more

For a week this laundromat was enforcing the wearing of masks. There was an attendant keeping things pretty clean. With the masks and the attendant present people were physically distancing pretty well. Today I was in to wash laundry and half of the customers were not wearing masks. The big sign on the door stating that no one would be permitted in the business unless wearing a mask is gone. No attendant, and the place was looking less clean - and definitely not sanitized in any way. I'm done withe Happy Laundry. It's headed toward being just another dumpy laundromat. read more

I went to wash clothes with my 3 kids, and the grandma that works there was so mad at my toddler, she's just there watching people with a mad face read more

I live near HL but am going to go to Yolo Laundry because the staff is more attentive there. They don't expect you to know stuff that you have not been told. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. The older woman poured coffee on my sisters clothes as they were hand washing it in the sink (which they have done before while she was here) and told my sister that it's not allowed here ??? Even though I've done it myself and never was told it wasn't allowed before and there's not even a sign. Me and my whole family have been coming here for a long time and we will never return ! read more

For everyone saying that the older Mexican lady there is mean yes she is in some ways you just have to match her energy. This is probably the best one in the entire city in my opinion. While some of us may not be considerate including myself at times we tend to overload the machines and that causes wear n tear/damage so I'm kinda understanding with her watching everyone. read more

I previously rated this place 5 stars but my most recent experience was horrible. As a student, it's hard to find a laundromat with wifi and I came here because it stated they have wifi. I asked the Hispanic lady that works here and she said she doesn't know the password. I had to Facebook message the owner for the password and that was the only way I got it. How can you work here and not know what the password is for the wifi ? read more

Arrived at 8pm from a camping trip. There was a Hispanic woman just sitting inside on her phone with no other customers insight. As i walked in she told me Spanish it was closed. I pointed to the sign on the door that reads 7am-10pm daily last wash at 8:30pm and she fervently shook her head no. I asked why and she just kept repeating "tomorrow" when i pressed why again she finally said she "had to go" i went back to my car and watched her resume her seat staring at her phone. I don't know if this lady is the owner or a terrible employee but either way it was ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. At a self service laundromat i don't see the need for a lazy supervisor. read more

Nice clean facility, friendly helpful staff. Get there before 5, it gets crowded in the afternoon

Nefore entering, it was nice and quiet. Just the low buzz of music, and it was a five star rating about to happen. Then the music was turned up loud. There were five of us in there, and the only thing missing was a disco ball. Yes, that loud, and here I sit, in my car, about 10 yards from the door, yet the music is loud enough that I've rolled my windows up. They have an array of detergents and fabric softeners, but they're all located behind a counter, and you must wait for the employee. Fortunately, as I previously stated, the res only five customers. I didn't know who was the employee, but I can see a much longer wait and some confusion when it's busy. On the plus side, their washing supplies are very inexpensive, and all the front load washers are much cheaper than other laundromats I've taken my linens to. Next, despite the new equipment, the credit/debit card reader, attached to the washing machine I used, twice declined my card. Only a fraction have the card readers on them, and all take coins. Perhaps I came on a slow day, one which everyone is just relaxing and having a good time, but the music is what killed the 5 star review. If not for that, it would've been a four star. One last note, there's A LOT of homeless here. Three have passed me since I began this review a few minutes ago. I would not come here after sunset. read more

Honestly, I was excited to try this place out. I have a great deal of laundry to do and the amenities look beautiful. On of the things that spoke to me the most was the cleanliness of the facilities, and as I work remotely, the wifi access. Well... while clean, the attendant did not know the password to the wifi, and the bathroom was out of order. It's really a shame. read more

I was able to finish 10 loads of laundry in 1hour with these big boys (picture attached). The price was even cheaper than other coin laundry place with older machines. Clean environment, everything Brand NEW, prompt service, and good pricing! Also, I received a FREE laundry bag as a grand opening gift! This place is giving out free laundry bags but limited qty so hurry and get your bag! My new wash spot!! read more

Happy Laundry - Laundromat Near Me - Woodland, California

I wish I would give no stars. The older Hispanic lady that works here seems to not like certain people. She hates kids and she makes up her own rules. She goes over and opens my door and touches my clothes it seems like on purpose. She also walked away from me while I was talking to her bc she I guess was irritated with me. She sits and watches you with an angry face and talks shit to her friend. She should be fired but the owner doesn't care. Look at how many bad comments on here about here over the year and she still is allowed to work there. Obviously the owner only cares about making money, well she definitely lost all my business. I drive to Davis now to do my laundry bc they have nicer workers over there. I hate this place all bc of this rude old Mexican lady. read more

The lady who was attending the place was super rude and chooses to close 2 hours earlier than what it ways on the door

This place is clean and well maintained. The washers and dryers are quick too! Great options on detergents too.

Facilities have potential, but the attendant here is terrible. During all of covid, she has refused to wear a mask, she doesn't clean up the area at all so it gets much trashier than when the former attendant, a young man, worked here. She camps out in the chairs chatting up friends or on her phone. This place has potential, but it won't reach it until she goes. read more

First time and last time I will be going here to do my laundry. The possible owner/ worker was extremely rude when I asked about getting change. Telling me why am I paying with "large bills" when it was simply a twenty then continued to say that "people like me" come in, in order to drain her of her change. If you think a $20 is a large bill for 4 loads you might be working in the wrong profession lady. Maybe take a basic math course? Also "people like me" is what keeps your in business opened so maybe be a bit more considerate when it comes to the people who are supporting your business. It was also pretty dead (10:00am) with plenty of machines still opened but was rushing people as if it was packed. Over priced, extremely rude customer service thanks but no thanks I'll rather take my business else where!!! Do yourself a favor and stay far way from this place if you're in the area!! read more

Wow! Simply the nicest laundromat I've ever been in in my 68 years. New machines and the place is spotless. There is ever a woman with a sewing machine onsite to hem pants etc. read more

Woodland desperately needed a nice place to do laundry! I came here a couple of years ago and I was extremely uncomfortable because of the way this place attracted bad people and was so dirty! This place is amazing now! Very clean, brand new everything, and best of all they take credit cards for washers and dryers! No more carrying around tons of quarters! My husband dropped his laundry off here while I was out of town on vacation and they are only $1 per pound so that is such a great deal! The woman working here is always around for questions and is super sweet! Must come here if you need somewhere safe and comfortable to do laundry! read more

My first time and I will be back. I went on a Saturday afternoon and wasn't too busy. I was able to walk in and quickly get my laundry started. Washers were clean, entire area was clean and well kept. There was a large area to wait and sit for laundry to be done. I was able to get in and out quickly. I only used the washers and paid 5.50 to wash 2 big blankets and a few pillowcases. read more

Honestly 1 star is too much for this place. The ladies running this place are the nosiest people ever. I went and placed a couple loads for the first time here and I won't go there again. I have my own washer and dryer at home so I'm not used to using these machines, so I put the detergent and softener where it asked for them. When I finished my washing and went towards the dryer one of the ladies comes up to me to let me know The soap stayed behind and my clothes didn't get clean but that they closed at 815 and it was 645 at the time. A few minutes later the other lady comes to let me know that the clothes was still dirty and that they closed at 745?? So which is it 815, 745 or 830 bc the previous day I called to ask at what time they closed. My boyfriend was also letting me know that he had gone the previous week to get some load done and that the ladies were rushing him and others to the point where they helped them fold their clothes as well to get them out of there quicker read more

Clean and helpful! They were great to drop off my items for a wash and fold service. I'll use them forever!

Honestly the best laundry place in Woodland all new washer and dryer's, a selection of laundry detergent and snacks for adults and children. They have a small TV to watch as you wait and also other amenities such as a bathroom and coin machine for quarters. I see people posting about homeless people and yeah but go any other laundry place in Woodland and you'll notice the same the owner is amazing Maria is super resourceful and assists in every matter she has great customer service and tries to resolve any problem. I come here to wash my heavy comforters and Maria always helps! There is a Dutch Bros in the same plaza along with a variety of other stores so you couldn't eat while waiting for your laundry to be ready. If you are in a rush drop your laundry off to Maria and she will wash and dry them for a small fee super convenient and super clean . perfect for a mom on the go! Besides the clean washer and dryer's the reason why I will continue to come back is because Maria has Great customer service, and read more
