I had been going here for years but when I called to schedule retouch I was told price increased by $300! That's ridiculous and unfortunately no longer a customer. I'm very disappointed as Mahelia did my microblading a year & a half ago for a reasonable price. But due to her recent training I am now being told she needs to be reimbursed for training. I purchased a Groupon for Mahelia's that included the following: * an aromatherapy facial (a $60 value) * a neck & shoulder massage (a $45 value) * a full-body exfoliation (a $40 value) The Groupon was $60 for 75 minutes. As far as I could tell the facial didn't include any aromatherapy and it seemed more like she went through a bioelements set - which wasn't bad and my skin did look good; it just wasn't what I expected. The neck&shoulder massage was pretty good and she even did a "back mask". The full-body exfoliation was the biggest joke. There was no scrubbing, no product...all she did was brush my skin. I was trippin' to say the least. I paid $60 for all this and I was unhappy ... I can't imagine paying full price - I would most likely flip out. The ladies who took care of me & my ma were really sweet and when they use products they are of really high quality. My main beef with this place is the price - too much for too little. read more

Well I have a pretty good pain tolerance but this was the most extractions have hurt. $55 for about a 55 min facial not that bad They don't update their website which is a huge turn off for me. Once upon a time there was a Unibrow named Fred. Fred took up residence after Meg's face experienced several painfully (and embarrassingly!) disastrous eyebrow waxes. Then one day, a magical lady named Andrea appeared... In all seriousness, Andrea is the best. Not only do I have incredibly sensitive skin, but I'm allergic to EVERYTHING and my skin is so fair that it is prone to nasty redness. Those disastrous eyebrow waxes I mentioned? Yeah, not funny. Bright red. Painfully swollen, with allergic reactions to whatever nasty stuff was used. I had blisters and bumps that usually lasted upwards of a week. When a friend suggested Andrea, I was skeptical but figured I had nothing to lose except, hopefully, my unibrow. Now, I realize some people not only embrace but rock the unibrow. I'm not one of those people, okay? So, the product Andrea used was all natural. I was a little less skeptical. Andrea was really nice, and made sure that none of the ingredients were things I am allergic to. More reassured - moving towards confidence. The experience was pleasurable really - well, I mean sure, it's waxing - so it's not exactly like playing with puppies on fluffy rainbow clouds, but it was as pleasant as possible for it to be. There was a little bit of redness... and that was it. The redness lasted for a couple of hours. No bumps. No swelling. No nasty allergic reaction. Just perfectly sculpted brows, and NO MORE FRED! So, if you too have a Fred of your own you're looking to get rid of - give Andrea a call. She does an amazing job, and is as sweet as can be. read more

She was so informative and delivered outstanding customer service. She breaks everything down as far as her process and her prices so everything is laid out on the table. From Grande Lash (to make them pretty lashes grow) to Osmosis skin products (all organic products) Which I buy both. I have developed an amazing friendship with Andrea. I moved to NY for two years and anytime I would fly back home I would go straight to her. I trust this woman with my life (lol). I would recommend her 110%. I have referred all my good friends to her and they have not gone anywhere else.
