Service began with complimentary chips and dips, which were fresh and flavorful. We started with the Queso Fundido--such a generous portion, and we finished every bite. It was really good. For our entrées, we ordered Mima's Pasta Poblana and a half order of the Barbacoa. The Barbacoa was flavorful and very well done, but our favorite dish by far was Mima's Pasta Poblana--delicious, unique, and memorable. Service throughout the meal was good, everything was reasonably priced, and the overall experience was excellent. Sat down got a water and lemon and my coworkers ordered various other beverages. My first mistake was putting that dark brown/red sauce on one of the tacos cause the heat totally downed out the flavor. Other than that the place gives you free chips wish they has like a salsa Fresca not just the pot salsa which was pretty good anyway. Regardless my coworkers got some caldo, firearms tacos which were damn good and some enchiladas I think.
