Highest customer service. Margaret has years of experience addressing subscriber's concerns. She goes beyond the expected problem solving.

It was not a good experience. I do not recommend going to this T-Mobile. Ashley C is the person who…read more"helped" me. What I went in for was just to get a new phone in addition to the phone I already have. I didn't want to lose photos that I had of family who have passed away over the last couple of years. She kept mentioning that it would go to the cloud which I didn't trust. Had a bad previous experience at the same T-Mobile location with losing some of my data and pics. I should've trusted that red flag, but this was at least on my way home. She had great difficulty transferring stuff from my old phone to my new phone after talking up the cloud but was aggravated with me because I said that I was not interested in trading in my old phone. Add to this that prior to that I was paying about $90 a month and I thought that was on the high side. I had no idea that because I didn't use my debit card that I'm now paying around $200 a month just basically to have a cell phone. I told her absolutely not and that I had gone in there stating that I wanted to put my phone on auto pay on my credit card. Just one less thing to worry about and for some reason, she told me that exempted me from any kind of a discount. Why does T-Mobile need this info from me? This is not at all what I wanted and moved things totally in the wrong direction. Add to that that Ashley kept rolling her eyes when I asked a couple of basic questions. She didn't seem too tolerant of the fact that I was a little bit older and didn't know all the ins and outs of cutting edge technology. Why the hell should I care? I don't use all of that and I couldn't have been more polite, but she was grating on my nerves .There were times I asked questions and she was completely quiet and just looked me up and down very negatively. Said absolutely nothing . I was so uncomfortable and if she didn't have my phone held hostage, I would've walked out of there in a heartbeat. The entire experience went on for three hours! I would give zero stars if I could, and she needs more training in dealing with customers that are older. I could not have been nicer to her. She needs some people skills. And the new phone with all of it bells and whistles doesn't do anything different for me than the old phone. I really wish I had gone to another location and can't believe now that I pay 101 more dollars a month for absolutely nothing. BTW, I had a review like this up before and I noticed that they took it down. I'm sure this T-Mobile had something to do with that but I'm going to make sure people know what's up with the messed up practices at this place.

The people at this store don't even seem to be able to operate the phones they're selling. If you…read morehave an issue, they just seem to play with the phone in an attempt at guessing what the issue could be. Totally wasted my time on more than one occasion.
