I also experienced missed appointments, delayed communication, and difficulty obtaining timely assistance while trying to understand what had happened. In my experience, I did not feel that responsibility for these events was accepted despite the financial impact on me. I am sharing this review only to describe my own experience. I encourage anyone using tax preparation services to carefully verify where every payment is being applied, confirm whether separate federal and state payments are required, and review payment confirmations before assuming all tax obligations have been satisfied.
