Wow! I like the streaming service actually, decent sports and shows for the cost, but customer service and getting any assistance is a nightmare - the very worst I have ever experienced - no phone numbers listed on account CONTACT US - best option is to CHAT - I tried 3 times to get refund as I wanted to take advantage of .99 for two months to re-subscribe - Paramont+ charged me standard $12.99 - I am ten minutes into my third attempt now, have been sitting on this chat for ten minutes (make that 14 mins and a live agent just came on and asked for my zip code - VERY VERY WORST customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. I am 90% confident I am out that 12.99 and will never subscribe for another month. Please BEWARE! read more

The most frustrating and incompetent companies. Xfinity can't restore my access to Paramount Plus and Paramount can't open an account because the email was used before. Go to their service numbers and wait, get pushed around by terrible automated systems that consistently refuse to connect you to an agent. Then get pushed back to the other service. A dizzying and thoughtless service paradigm. read more

I initially…read morereached out to him because I wanted more than the "2 doors and 1 motion detector" intro package offered by the national chains. Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.

He suggested we troubleshoot over the phone before sending a technician to my house. Since the equipment is old, he had to send a technician after all. While I was waiting for the technician to arrive, I fiddled with the settings and ended up resolving the issue on my own. What really stood out to me was the honesty--both Mitchell and the technician could have easily said I needed new equipment or upgrade or unnecessary work, but instead they were supportive and completely upfront. Very fair, trustworthy, and refreshing to deal with a company that operates with integrity. Highly recommend for your security needs!

They arrived and assessed the job. I had already installed the wall mount and attached the flat screen TV. All they needed to do was install the soundbar. They went to their truck and left a clip board behind that stated $250 price for the job. They came back and installed the soundbar below the TV. They could not pair the TV and soundbar to operate properly and left us with 2 remotes. They left the soundbar in bluetooth mode without saying we could shut it off or it would stay on 24/7. We checked Sony book to look for answers. They charged us $325 and left no receipt. Get a carpenter to hang your soundbar it will be a lot cheaper. We're looking for professionals.
