I don't usually leave reviews, but RPM Garage absolutely deserves it…read more I've bought a handful of cars over the years, and this was hands down the best experience I've had. From the first call to the moment I drove off, everything felt straightforward, honest, and actually enjoyable--which is rare when buying a car. The inventory is on a completely different level. You can tell these guys are true car enthusiasts, not just a typical dealership trying to push units. The car I purchased was exactly as described--no surprises, no games. They were transparent about everything and encouraged me to get a PPI, which gave me even more confidence in the purchase. The whole team was professional but still very laid back. No pressure at all, just good conversation and real knowledge about the cars they sell. Paperwork was quick and smooth, and they handled everything efficiently. What stood out the most is how much they actually care about the customer experience. You're not just another deal to them--they take pride in what they do, and it shows. If you're even thinking about buying a car from RPM Garage, just do it. I'll definitely be back for my next one.

After that fiasco I decided to visit RPM garage and look at their inventory, and they have some really nice cars! If you go here ask for Trinity, he was super helpful and communicative. He practically restored my faith in car dealerships. He even was kind enough to take the car to get a PPI (any dealership worth their salt should let you PPI a car), it underwent a full inspection including bore scoping, and he even paid to have the spark plugs changed out of his own pocket! RPM has a real nice showroom, if you're a car guy or just anyone who likes fast and good looking cars, you won't regret stopping by here! Super happy with my new (to me) Porsche! Edit: to the 0 start reviews, these are used cars and NOT certified pre-owned cars. The condition of the car is entirely dependent on how well it was maintained by the previous owners, that is why you pay the $200 and get a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) so you're not left with thousands in repairs. I purchased a Ford F250 from TexasCarsDirect back in September. I flew in from Chicago to pick up…read morethe truck. Upon arriving and meeting with David Urby, I took the truck for a test drive. There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

We had a clear and valid offer in-hand from CarMax, and they refused to honor their $500 over guarantee. 2. Calling them is a disorganized mess. I debated on writing this, but feel like if I can help a single parent such as myself out there, or…read moreany parent for that matter, then it will be worth it. I was reluctant to purchase from out of state, not knowing anything about the mechanics of a vehicle. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take someone with me to look at the car. I chose this dealership b/c of the reviews stating that the staff was friendly and it was a quick/easy transaction. I felt good about it, so my daughter and I made the trip from AR to TX to purchase her first car. The staff was extremely friendly. We test drove the car, seemed fine. We drove the car home and it seemed fine other than the headlights not working properly. Small things, and we brushed it off. We purchased this car on a Saturday and the following Monday, the entire engine blew in it. I haven't even made one payment on the car yet. So now I'm out the purchase price as well as the almost $10,000 it has cost me to have a new engine put in it, putting me in extreme financial debt. I could have purchased a newer car for that price. The dealership offered to rebuild it at their cost IF I would ship it back to them and then back to me. I guess I'm here to say, have someone go with you who works on cars and have them pull the oil pan and do a compression check (not hard tasks) to see if the engine is bad before you purchase the vehicle. For $26,000, I definitely did not get my monies worth. I also asked for them to come down on their asking price b/c the car blue booked for almost $2,000 less than their asking price. They said the car was at fair value and wouldn't budge over a couple of hundred dollars. Then added a "misc" fee in there to make up the difference they thought they lost. Bummer of a deal. I hope this helps someone out there.
