One version of a Mocktail flight
    Laura R.

So happy to have a brunch spot in Eustis! Everything is fresh and made to order - you can taste it in all of the dishes! If you don't drink alcohol (like myself) they can do mocktails for you as well so it still feels like a special brunch! They've made the inside so welcoming, and the staff is all very kind! Already been twice and know it's gonna be a place to come to over and over! A bunch of girlfriends and I are already planning to do brunch there!

Quaint restaurant with a nice menu. Service was a bit off, but that could have been due to the holidays. Enjoyed dinner with friends. The atmosphere is like an open diner with faux plants on the wall and faux magnolias stuck on. Coconut shrimp were good, a bit over done. The salad was okay and the shrimp dish was good. I will give it another try.

It was such a cute little restaurant on the corner in downtown Eustis. We met some family for brunch. We each ordered coffee flights. They also offered mimosa flights. Margarita flights espresso martini flights. The service was really great. The food was a little slow to come out but other than that everything was delicious and we had a great time.

My wife and I got a rare morning together without the kids (although kids would be fine here too). We wanted a brunch menu anf boy did we luck out. This place was fantastic. Beautiful decor, great staff and the food was amazing. My wife got a coffee flight which she raved about and the mexican medley they had. I got the steak and eggs which were delicious. I know it's hard to mess up eggs so that I don't count but the steak was almost as good as a steakhouse steak. Incredible place. Will be back and have already begun telling everyone I can about this place.

I've tried the Breakfast & Dinner. Both experiences were great. I loved the mocktails though I prefer my alcohol in the drink, they were delicious. I tried one of the cocktails too. I loved the little duck. It was a nice touch. Dinner was great as well. I had the salmon dish. I would recommend the Mac and cheese be smoked gouda too like the Smoked Gouda Mac & cheese bites we tired. Those were my favorite! Both appetizers were so good. I'd go just to get them. Always keep those smoke gouda Mac and Cheese bites in stock! My favorite thing on the menu!

We live in the area and love trying new places. During the "Fire and Ice" first Friday of 2025 we decided to come in and give it a shot. I will say that the food taste and value would get 5 stars, but everything else dragged the score down drastically. The biggest issue here is sound. They had "Live Music" that sounded like a local country boy at his first gig. It was all about how loud he could play. We were the farthest you could get away from him, by the door entry and couldn't hear the couple we came with talk. The sound echoes due to the flooring etc. We couldn't even see the guy. I'm not sure the manager really cared when I talked to her after our meal, except to say "we don't have live music every night." I think their focus should be on serving great food, not trying to be a concert hall. I actually go to live concerts at the Kia Center and Citrus Bowl. That pretty much ruined it for us. Our server wasn't good at all. She disappeared frequently, forgot to bring my salad and my wife's dressing. A nice kid, who must work in the kitchen ran and got everything for us... including silverware. Hopefully they are working out the kinks. Our friends commented correctly, music at restaurants should be ambiance in the background not a full frontal attack on your senses. Sadly we probably won't be back and we live in Eustis.

Chocolate coconut espresso martini by Amanda

Did brunch New's year day, and our cocktail and breakfast was fabulous. Tried the chocolate coconut espresso martini made by Amanda. Best ever. The food, fantastic from top to bottom, blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage. The service was excellent. The space itself was very inviting. Parking was plentiful and very nearby. And the price, very reasonable. Dave

They have all the breakfast items you can imagine and a whole bunch of lunch and dinner options as well. Their menu continues to expand. We, of course, went for breakfast and had our choice of eggs and bacon and grits and pancakes ... but what stood out for me was the biscuits and gravy and the SOS. If you don't know what SOS stands for, look it up... it's a great breakfast item. The SOS is not the same as the biscuits and sausage gravy because that is sausage gravy, the SOS has chipped beef in gravy and usually will come on toast, but I prefer it with the biscuits. I asked for my eggs over easy and they were just right. The side of grits comes in a small bowl which is a good portion for one person and the pancakes were humongous - a very good size for two pancakes and golden brown... I ended up sharing with my wife. We were very happy with the service that they gave us and one of the managers came around to see if everything was good or if we needed anything and we really appreciated that. This is a very down to earth place where it feels like home. It's a great place to bring the family, and we did see a lot of people with their kids, but, we also saw couples like myself and my wife sharing some good coffee or sweet tea and loving life. Rating: 5/5 Review Body: We stumbled upon Fifth Avenue Streatery in Mount Dora today while in town for business - got hungry and looked up something local and simple, and boy, are we glad we did! This place is so unique; it looks like it used to be a gas station transformed into a cozy outdoor eatery with all seating under cover, string lights, fans, and heaters for comfort. It's got that authentic, laid-back Florida vibe with wooden decks, umbrellas, and views of the street - super charming and not stuffy at all. The menu is a great mix of unique twists and classic favorites, with plenty of options so everyone can find something. We went with build-your-own burgers and their signature Fifth Avenue burger - absolutely delicious, juicy, and flavorful! It's now my top burger pick (besides the ones my husband grills at home, of course). Everything's made from scratch, and big compliments to the chef/owner - a talented woman running the show, girl power all the way! We were there with our 7-year-old daughter, who's been to all sorts of fancy places, and she absolutely loved it - from the fun outdoor setup to her kid-sized burger. The hostesses, Hailey and Beth, were the sweetest, so friendly and welcoming, making us all feel right at home like family. Don't skip the desserts - we tried the flourless chocolate torte with fresh cream and raspberry sauce, and it was heavenly, rich but not too heavy. Overall, fresh food, great service, and a spot that's perfect for families. We'll be back next time we're in Mount Dora!
