We have had no issues with any critters and if we happen to see something in between our scheduled visits, I have been able to call and easily make an appointment for someone to come and check it out. Our technician is Kyle and he is amazing. Very knowledgeable and always pays close attention to detail. Kyle came out today and did his thing. As he was spraying, I was watching him and like always, there wasn't a stone unturned. He made sure he was very thorough like always. I've never been under the impression that they were trying to upsell me on any service. The chemicals they use are safe for humans and animals and it's strong enough to get the job done. My service was on Friday and on Monday I got a "your account is 3 days past due" message. I had to cancel my credit card a while back, which was set up for autopay on the account. Today they called FOUR times in less ONE minute while I was working. I answered during work to make it stop. I took a break and called back, the operator said, "your reason for cancelling is because you got calls about an past due account". No I get that you sprayed 10 days ago just seems overboard to do a payment shakedown on a service six business days later. Especially when I've never missed a payment.

They say they leave your attic and die in the outdoors. They put a bait trap in the attic, which is not advisable. They do not proactively communicate, but the consumer has to contact them every few weeks to schedule a check of the bait traps. 2 weeks ago I asked them to do the hardwire of entry points. They said they would have the owner contact me to do it, but I have not heard back. I have had to hire another company to do that important step.

They did not make promises they couldn't keep, they told us upfront that we would have to get serviced at least every 2-3 months to keep those nasty insects at bay. We transferred from ABC Termite to Scorpion Pest Control LLC. Our technician "Tyler" was great as he explained everything he was doing and was thorough with his explanations which helped myself in understanding what he was doing and spraying. He sprayed on the grass (fully - front and backyard), Powdered the Eves and Windows of the house, Powdered the Loop Holes around the house, Sprayed in our Garage, Sprayed inside the house on all of the baseboards, under the sinks (bathroom's and kitchen), Sprayed baseboards inside of the whole house (bedrooms, living room, kitchen, office, etc...). This company is very thorough with their sprays and even put some glue traps in the garage to keep critters away from coming into the house through the garage door or main door to the house. Their service is great. They are also able to work with your schedule. I called them yesterday and was able to get Tyler here today 05.31.2023 @ 9:00am. I fully recommend this company if you are having pest issues (ie: Scorpions, Ants, Spiders, Earwigs, etc...).
