After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. The first step before anyone does an alignment is to do a quick check on all the connection joints that affect a wheel alignment. They said that I need to have the ball joint replaced. Ok, I wanted to do that work myself. What was disappointing is they said the $55 for the time looking at the car, wouldn't be deducted from the $125 charge for the frontend alignment when I return. In the front end alignment write up, they indicated it included the inspection of front end components. Very sketchy!
