Briar is a fantastic massage therapist and I highly recommend the all inclusive package w/ the hot stones and CBD cream. I told them that the massage I had last weekend was just horrible: left me w/ continued aches/sores/tension/knots and it's just getting worse (my back felt hunch over w/ all of the work travels and desk time in the past 4 months). And yes, it's been 4 months since I've seen a massage therapist. The place is humble, super low key, overseeing the marina (windows are tinted and is a one way mirrior film), so no one can look in, but you can look out which is absolutely beautiful. I'd say it's a hidden gem! It won't be as fancy as a hotel spa, but it'll get the job done. You won't be disappointed!

I have had lots of tension on my shoulders and back area and she does a great job at loosening the tight knots and is able to find knots I didn't even think I had! After she works on those spots, the tension is greatly decreased and I am left feeling a whole lot better both physically and mentally. She also was the one that noticed the distinct length difference between my legs (my right leg was about 1 inch shorter than my left leg) and did some leg and hip work which was very much needed and suggested I get an adjustment at my chiropractor which made a world of a difference. She is very professional and always makes sure you are comfortable with the pressure of her massages and anything different she may be trying. Plus, the area is really cute and has a lot of neat shops and food places around and is lovely to walk around before/after your appointment! I definitely recommend seeing Sydney if you have any massage therapy needs!

Graduate school and a lot of computer time has not been good for my neck and shoulders, but each visit to Amalia's has made my back healthy again! Her treatments are relaxing but also therapeutic, and also the most effective treatments I've come across for my upper neck and shoulder pain. I've finally been able to get rid of the pain and tingling in the upper shoulders and neck because of Amalia's treatments. She also gives very helpful advice on further self-care exercises and stretches that are great for the tension areas. Amalia is also very personable and the massage sessions can be as chatty as you'd like or not--definitely not awkward!
