It was also after SEVEN hours of her working on my hair after she had to fix it because the first time the color came out rust red all over. She had blamed the color she purchased saying that it must have been a bad batch. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I told her I would book again so she could get the color correct. She then ghosted me and did not return any of my calls or text messages. I reached out several times overall several weeks and I left messages on her work line as well. Never a return call or return text message. I also spent nearly $400 on this. Please beware before spending your hard earned money with her.

I called early in the A.M. to confirm if they accepted walk ins, which they do. I arrived around 4:30 pm and was promptly asked what I wanted done. After telling the nice young lady I wanted a roller set and no iron I was led to the wash area where I was shampooed and treated with a deep conditioner. I love people playing with my hair so I found the process relaxing and actually fast. I was then led to the dryer where I sat for 10-15 minutes with the deep conditioner. I then was rinsed and the magic began. Steffi asked me if I wanted a straight blowout or a roller set to which I told her I wanted the latter sans iron and full of body and movement. She got to work right away and with her magic super fast rolling I was all set in a matter of minutes. I looked in the mirror and I swear all I could think of was my nana when she used to rock the rollers on the weekend, ha! But girls, this is the key to beauty. Off to the dryer I went. I emerged about 35-40 minutes later well rested after dozing off for a bit. Steffi took out the rollers and started the round brush blowout and pin curling. By the time she was done, I was stoked at the results. I loved the volume, bounce, and shine. The whole process took about 1.5 hours but was so worth the time. The last time Jose put in my extensions he kept a few of them, because my hair didn't need anymore at the time. I trusted that he would keep them safe. After a few months Jose had started an argument with 2 of my aunts, because they asked for an appointment and literally took a week to get back at them. Of course my aunts scheduled with someone else, because no one has the time to wait on someone who's going to leave them on read. After he messaged them they both told him that they no longer needed the appointment. These were Jose's exact words: If you're going with someone else don't even bother coming back to my chair. At this point Jose still had my extensions, because I personally couldn't get a hold of him. These extensions are over $80-100. After MONTHS I was finally able to get a hold of him, and politely asked for my extensions back. Jose took the liberty in tossing them out, because according to him, "since the drama your aunt caused, I knew you weren't coming back and tossed them out either way they were only 3." Jose had more than 3 of my extensions and they were nearly a whole pack. Keep in mind that each pack costs about $80-100 and I had to buy 6-7 packs for my hair . That was a total of about $600-700. Plus the $250-300 he charged to put them in, get my hair the same exact color(which is my natural hair color) and trim it, & that's because my hair is shorter than shoulder length. Be smart ladies and go with someone who doesn't get you involved and throws or messes your things up, because of the drama he started. Plus, every time he would do my hair, he was always high and going for "smoke breaks" or just walking out. I have attached my conversation with him as well as my aunts conversation.
