I went to see Theresa after corresponding via text on what I would like my hair to look like and…read moreshe confirmed and assured me she could do it. I have attached a picture of that conversation. The other picture is the end result of my hair which is nothing like I wanted. It was also after SEVEN hours of her working on my hair after she had to fix it because the first time the color came out rust red all over. She had blamed the color she purchased saying that it must have been a bad batch. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I told her I would book again so she could get the color correct. She then ghosted me and did not return any of my calls or text messages. I reached out several times overall several weeks and I left messages on her work line as well. Never a return call or return text message. I also spent nearly $400 on this. Please beware before spending your hard earned money with her.

She definitely put me at ease as I tried not to cry and she kept her promise-- my hair turned out better than I could have expected. Thank you so so so much!!!

I have had the keratin treatment at other salons inside the loop, in League City, and in Pearland, and the end result is that none of them have lasted as long (or in the case of the one in League City .. it was done wrong so I had chunks of hair that stayed wavy) as when Toni works her magic! Although I was not there, she came home very unhappy about her hair and has been very unhappy ever since. #1 he did not listen to her and colored her hair a much darker brown than she chose (It has been years since I have seen her hair so dark.) #2 He did not cut her hair as requested. He cut too much in front to reveal a spot where her hair is thinning and not enough in the back. She had to remove her glasses and she could not see what he was doing. #3 When he finished, he did nothing to shape her hair and it was all straight. OVERALL: He just seemed to do what he wanted and not what she wanted. At her age she should have been treated better and with more attention to her requests. The first picture is before and the second is after she tried to make the best of a bad hair cut and color too dark.
