She always asks what I want and knows what my color preferences are, but is very willing to try something new if I request it! I took a chance to come to this salon and sent a message to Teresa. She was able to take me at a time that worked for me, someone who works 6 days a week 10-12 hours a day. She got me in and asked what I was wanting. I showed her some inspiration pictures and she nailed it. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I have long, thick, and coarse hair and Teresa has a good hand for cutting.
