4 years ago I was new to the area and needed a good hair stylist. I asked around and kept getting the name of Untangled, so I went there. I've been going there 4 years now. My hair lady is Jeannie. She is simply the best. She accommodates my erratic schedule, even working late or coming in early. Her price for haircut has not changed in 4 years. Her shampoo massage is worth the cut price alone! She keeps us with trends and gives me options to think about should I ask. Beyond that, she cuts my hair JUST the way I want. Quite simply, she exceeds expectations at every level. I don't know many of the other hair techs there but they seem friendly and the atmosphere is easy and fun. I have been going to Jen, the owner, for almost 10 years now and always love how she does my hair. I tried other places in the mall and downtown who were much more expensive and the made a mess of my hair. I have had highlites, lowlites, and great cuts. She has also done may up-does for me which are phenomenal and always get lots of comments. Today I went to Shayla for the eyebrow extensions. I was really nervious about the process and how much it would hurt, Shayla is amazing! She makes you feel comfortable right away and explains everything, She made sure i liked the shape ahead of time and although it is a little painful - as soon as you see the results its totally worth it! Meghan is fantastic, the best! The first time I sat in her chair she was patient and attentive when I tried to explain what I wanted to do with my hair. She talked to me about my hair type and made her suggestions. They use the best products at Untangeld and she shared with me what she used and how she applied it to my hair to recreate the look at home. One visit I went in to get hi-lites and low-lites. Meghan suggested that I only needed hilites and not all over. I appreciate that she doesn't try to oversell me on services. Every time I step out of the salon I look like a star (well, my hair looks like it belongs on a star)! The salon is hip, yet professional and knowledgeable. Ask for Meghan. Jen at Untangled did my full set of lashes today and I was floored. They look so natural yet are the longest I've ever seen my lashes. She takes her time to make sure every lash is perfect. As soon as I got up I couldn't feel anything fake on me, but when I looked in the mirror my eyes were popping out from under neath these curly doe eyed lashes. It changed my whole face, my eyes look bluer and and brighter. You must go see the girls at Untangled for lashes. Jen trains all the girls that perform the service there so I go to whomever I can get in with for my refills and it's perfect every time. Very affordable too. Young professional men looking to get / maintain the latest style - Untangled is THE place to go if you want to stay local (Clear Lake/Seabrook) and get a great cut. I have been several times but I hold of on writing reviews unless I'm certain. I see Meg, and not only is she a great person, she's great at what she does. I always leave confident that I'm looking my best. All of my interactions with the staff have been top-notch. They are courteous both on the phone and in person. I love this place! I am pretty all over the place when it comes to my hair, i have had it every color you can think of, and they have always done an amazing job and fixed it when i decided to try and be creative and do it myself. I also have always loved the cuts, and all the little extras you can have put in your hair there (hair bling, feathers). The atmosphere is awesome and fun. Im 20, and even my mom loves the place, and wants my grandmother to go. This salon has great service, great results and prices are great too. My husband, son and I all go here because we are picky and Jen is a perfectionist. I used to spend $30 on a haircut for my little boy at Cool Cuts and was always so disappointed. He has wavy hair and Jen makes it look so good, I don't even have to style it after shes done with it. I have a lot of hair and its curly and normally spend 3-4 hours getting highlights and color but Jen is done in 2.5 hours. I am a loyal customer when it comes to my hair dressor. But, I decided to find a new hair Dressor when my previous lady no longer cut hair at the location where I use to go. I was nervous at trying another hair dressor and kept putting it off. I saw the sign for Untangled and decided to be brave and try it. I found my new hair dressor, Jeanie!! I love Untangled Hair Salon. I went to visible changes for YEARS until I tried Katy at Untangled. I was super happy with both my cut and color. She is now the only person I will use, I haven't been to another salon since the 1st time I used her. She also cut my 4 year old daughter hair after she decided to give herself her own cut (YIKES!!) She is easy to get in for an appointment as well which is a huge plus, I have used other salons in the past and it was impossible to get in at times. I highly recommend trying her out. read more

I had gone to TNT Concept salon and the girl did a terrible job, bleaching my hair way to long. I had seen this place before by my house and decided to give it a try...it could not get worse. Audrey was my stylist and she was AWESOME! I had brought the picture I always have to show what color and cut. She did great, turned my overly processed hair into a beautiful dark blond. Robin is one of my favorite stylists, ever. My mom and I have gone to her for years. Her eye for color is unparalleled and her cuts and styles will fit your face to perfection! She is also amazing at updo's. My husband and I both had her do our hair for our wedding and it looked fantastic! She is a great listener and does fantastic with client/stylist communication. Best Spray Tan! I went into Untangled to get a spray tan for my Wedding and brought a bridesmaid in with me. We both wanted to be about 2-3 shades darker with still looking natural. Mo did an amazing job! She takes her time to make sure the tan is even and your desired color. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my tan! Mo has done a wonderful job on my TruLash false eyelashes every time! I have gone 3 times and the eyelashes look full but yet natural-looking. You have to go see Mo if you want individual eyelashes for whenever or a special event!
