Magic cup is known for cha mango aka mangonada. If you like mangonada but want a revised version than try their's. I've been to palaterias and I like mangonadas from there. If you like other drinks than you are in luck because they have other types as well. read more

Magic Cup is different from other boba places which is great. I decided to try their chamango and it was delicious. I love how they try to use real fruit insteas of artificial powders and syrup. The place is extremely clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The only downsides I have of this place is that it can be a little pricey and that the chamango was a little too salty for me but everything was good. I came here to study, and although maybe it was my timing (4pm on a Saturday), I found the place a little too loud compared to other places I've been. I ordered the avocado smoothie, and it was decent. If I ever come back, I wouldn't mind getting the same thing again, but it's likely that I'd try something else. Finally had a chance to try this place. It is not crowded like other places, plenty of seating areas but then again it's Monday afternoon. I got the cha- mango ( I love anything mango, especially mangonada . Many places in Houston try to mimic but it either too sweet or salty or sour. This place is just right. Their boba milk tea has way too much ice in it. I had about 2/3 of a cup worth of ice left when I finished. The ice melts pretty quickly into the drink watering it down way too much. Otherwise the tea was pretty good. It'd be much better with more tea and less waterytea+ice. read more

Cha Mango was great as expected. Sweet, sour, and tangy. Nothing much to add that hasn't already been said. Cream puffs were actually custard puffs. Still good. We ordered the calamari and voodoo (popcorn) chicken and both were generous portions. The calamari is smothered in chili garlic sauce, which I neither care for nor thought was necessary, so ask for it on the side if you're unsure. If you don't, the bottom gets really soggy by the time you reach it. As far as bubble tea goes, the bubbles are a little on the crunchy side. But by the time you're halfway through your drink they do expand a little and get squishier. They are also missing my favorite flavor of milk tea, which is almond. read more

Best taro smoothie I have ever had! Didn't opt for the taro coconut, but very curious now. Was super flavorful with a wonderful texture. The egg rolls were amazing! So hot, crispy and perfect! okay so maybe I was expecting a little too much when I came by yesterday. I ordered a jasmine milk tea, green tea and one of their special fruit tea. I also got their popcorn chicken. Pearls/boba: way too sweet. as if it was drowned in brown sugar. Jasmine milk tea: This is my favorite out of all the classic milk tea,however, it was way to sweet for my taste. And that's coming a lot from a person who has such sweet tooth. It also looked watered down, as if they didn't put enough creamer when they made it. Fruit tea: Maybe I would like it more if i could taste the actual fruits and just the fruits bits. My large popcorn chicken was spicy even though i ordered non spicy. The portion could've been a little bit bigger for the price I paid. I ordered a large and it was half filled. Despite the horrible drinks and snack that i got, the service was good. Good stuff. A little pricey for a boba place though. They have board games and whatnot but most of them have missing pieces. If I can go someplace and be able to play a nice game of chess without having to resort to pieces of crumbled napkin as my rook, all whilst having a delicious boba tea by my side, I can give that establishment a full 5.
