However, at Hupei we have *not* observed this behavior; they usually have at least one if not two members of staff in the direct buffet area to prevent that exact scenario from happening. The public doesn't need to hear someone else's movie, youtube, or any other media on full volume; nor does the public need to hear your phone call conversations on full volume.
