It takes a lot for me to find the energy or time to do so…read more But, my experience with the gentlemen who run his establishment was so awful I feel I need to warn anyone who wants to use them. The one I dealt with the most seemed incredibly helpful when he was making the sale ... everything from then on was nothing but a headache . Next time , I'll use a different company , even if I pay double . Without going into a drawn out story , I will mention that the way I was spoken to was so rude and disrespectful . I suspect that if my husband dealt with them he would've been treated differently because the manner in which I was addressed during various telephone conversations was borderline abusive .

Many customers paid large deposits, had their kitchens gutted, and are now classified as unsecured debt. They will likely receive nothing. People are out $10k-$20k+ with destroyed kitchens and no recourse. This is unforgivable. My kitchen was completed, but even I wasn't spared - my "lifetime warranty" is now worthless. And compared to the people left with half‑demolished homes, my loss is minor. This is a pathetic, disgraceful way to end operations: shutting down overnight, running away from obligations, and leaving customers and employees to suffer massive consequences. Even Spirit Airlines - a company famous for its issues - treated me with more integrity. When they wronged me, they refunded me. Wren did not. The CEO keeps the money while customers lose everything. The baseboard of the cabinets is constantly moving began cabinets are opened or you walk by and your foot touches it. This should not happen it is inferior installation. When I have sought to have this issue resolved they are negligent. My kitchen cyst over 65.000,00 dollars. Now I see they have filed bankruptcy and maybe that is why the customer service never replied. Joe always addressed our concerns, was open about any issues that arose, and checked in on the project. Joe was mindful of our budget and worked with us to achieve our dream home within our limitations. Joe also did great coordinating all of the subcontractors and ensuring their work met the Tim White standard. We want to also acknowledge Mader who was on the job everyday and headed up all of the labor. Mader's attention to detail, expert craftsmanship, and vision truly helped transform our boxy floor plan into our dream home.
