Within a few hours I had a beautiful new carpet completely installed. This was a somewhat difficult job because the carpet I chose was thick and did not easily bend. When I noticed that a piece of the carpet near the molding was crooked I mentioned it to Chris. He was most accommodating and spent almost an hour correcting the problem. Chris and his sons did the most beautiful job in my very large basement after a flood. The carpet had a beautiful pattern in it, and I still cannot find where they joined the seams, even around two columns! After the install, they took every loose thread with them and vacuumed the entire floor. I expected to have to touch up with paint at a few spots, but it wasn't necessary. Their store has everything, high style and expensive to budget friendly, plus remnants. All Carpet is my only destination for carpet in the future. read more
