I'm really bummed to be giving this place such a low rating because I really wanted to like this…read moreplace. I purchased a 10 class pass ($120) and out of the 4 times I went for a class after work, 2 of the times no instructor showed up. I learned from talking to one of the regulars while we were waiting outside, that one of those failed times was supposed to have been taught by the manager. That's just bad! This place is just one tiny room (no receptionist) so if the instructor doesn't show up then you're locked outside. The other 2 classes I did end up going to weren't bad. I'm not a super yogi person and started to try it when I started having neck/back issues to see if that helped. A positive is that one of the instructors Yuki was really good at getting you to have the right form and having the right alignment. It was to the point that doing child's pose and downward dog was actually not easy! Anyway because I have the 10 class pass, I'm going to make more attempts and hopefully will be more successful.

Back for Yoga offers various kinds of yoga. The vinyassa flow class with Maureen is my favorite. She'll get you long an lean. I've also tried the traditional hatha, yin yoga, and restorative yoga. There really is a yoga class to meet everyone's needs here. All the instructors are wonderful. They really take their time to make sure everyone is doing it right and has the accommodations they need. My back was in bad shape after a car accident, and Maureen my instructor always modified posses for me. I really credit her for getting my back strong. What's even better is they offer a teacher sampler pack where you can try all the instructors for $5! They also offer 10 classes for $100 or 20 classes for $150. For the quality of instruction the price cannot be beat. I love this place!
