I've always found free parking on the street right in front without any issue. Class size is small (I think 8 reformers?) albeit a little bit cramped in the group class space of the studio. My BIGGEST gripe is the lack of air conditioning. Or, if they do have A/C, it's barely on! They do have a ceiling fan but I really wish they cranked up the AC, we're sweating over here and I need the air flow!

I love that they focus on the classic Pilates principles and having good form unlike other studios which promote an adapted "version of Pilates". This was super refreshing ! I'm used to studios having showers so leaving in my sweat clothes isn't ideal for me but it's not deal breaker. Our instructor was great! She was subbing for the main teacher but she did great. Easy to follow and she made sure to call out cues clearly through her headset. I will say i want to come back and try the reformer next. I like that they offer a variety of classes because of that reason i will return!

The studio offers classes for everyone, from beginner to advanced, and does a great job blending classical Pilates with more contemporary movements. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind from the moment I walked in, which made the experience feel very welcoming. I took a Yin class with Nicole and her voice was so calming and soothing, it made the class incredibly relaxing. I booked it through ClassPass and did not regret it at all. I would definitely recommend both the studio and Nicole's Yin class
