I witnessed a child that was finished with his session and waiting for his mother to pick him up. He was a quite restless. He played with equipment in an unsupervised area. Deviny kept her cool the entire time, speaking to him in a friendly manner, suggesting things for him to do in the lobby, while he complained how bored he was waiting for his ride.
