I was looking for bat grip, and spent the previous few days looking up bat grips online. Since I wanted to support the local store, I decided to check out Big 5 when I was in the area. The employee quickly pointed out to me where bat grips were and I was on my way. There were not many options, but it was exactly what I needed. It was even better priced than online stores. After grabbing what I needed, I checked out a few of the sale racks, and there were many! Great service, in-stock products, numerous sale racks, and plenty of parking! I will most definitely stop by again for my sporting needs.

He acted as if I wasn't allowed to see what I was buying and made me feel completely disrespected. I've never been treated like that in a store before. If Big 5 values good customer service, they should address employees who behave this way. No customer deserves to be talked down to or judged when they're simply trying to make a purchase. I bet it was a dude because no female would ever approve that design. Is the man who approved that horrible design blind or what? Seriously, who approved it? Go buy a new set of eyes. Also, can you please handle autographed photos with care? I'm disappointed that some of my items were bent in corners that weren't bent in before. I called and the person I spoke to answered all my questions and was easy to talk to. I mailed in my items, and they kept in touch via e-mail. The signing occurred this past Saturday. It's Tuesday, and I have my items. My FIRST time doing business with The OC Dugout, but definitely not my last as I plan on checking the site often.
