Website is very misleading. A lot of items show up as "available in store", however the items are needed to be "ship to store", hence there is a 9.99 fee for shipping. There is no eta or notificaitons after making a purchase on when to expect to pickup the order. Ty was able to make an "exception" to cancel the order, but stated that the website runs independently from the store. Storefront itself is great and customer service is great. This establishment has some of the highest prices I have encountered. While it is understandable that all FFLs need to make a profit, charging customers twice the dealer cost is excessive. Before making a purchase here, I strongly recommend researching and comparing prices elsewhere. Their pricing structure is unreasonably high, and their level of customer service leaves much to be desired (was told to go kill myself). To clarify, I have never purchased a firearm from this store--given their pricing, that should be self-explanatory. This place a hidden oasis of both used and new all types of firearms and if something is not in store they have a huge selection to order from online. A lot of their firearms are on sale or marked down from msrp which is a plus. It's a relatively small store but don't let this steer you away from coming in and having a quick chat. The plus from it being tucked away in the middle of Garden Grove is that you aren't standing in like for an hour like other major retailers waiting for someone to help you out.
