Just posting this so that people can understand that this is NOT a gun store, but it's also not some shady underground black market thing. People can run legitimate FFL transfer businesses from their home. This is a location you can send your firearm to if you purchase online, or to perform a private transfer. The owner of the business would hold on to the firearm and do all the paperwork after collecting the appropriate fees, plus whatever they charge personally. Wether or not you want to put your trust in an individual or a large business, is up to you. read more

I made my first handgun purchase through a PPT and used Baker Firearms as a FFL dealer. As a n00b I didn't know what I was getting myself into, but Brian (owner) was easy to work with, professional, super friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us through the whole procedure, making sure to explain any questions and put an ease to the whole process. Having gone to big box stores with friends shopping for firearms and ammo, I feel this 1 on 1 experience with Brian is better. literally every review on here other than the one star was written by Brian Baker. Turn around and run from this guy. It's not a gun shop, it's his closet. He has nothing and is looking to come up on property people bring into his shop to have transferred. You will be nothing but disappointed and shocked when you actually see his gun shop/closet in the front of his house. Nobody else works for this side gig of his either. So all those departments mentioned on his website is only done to give you an impression that is not even close to reality. BTW it's by appointment only and that should in itself be a major red flag. All he has to do is not call or text you back, then his fees for storage are your responsibility. I just saw he is actually being sued by someone who probably read all of his fake reviews. Trust me if you read this go to one of the many reputable gun shops in Orange County. His closet can't compete. read more

Brian is the owner of this FFL dealer and is one of the best out there in the Orange County area, possibly in California so far from what I've seen. He provides one of the most exceptional services I have ever seen among firearms dealers or any business out there and even works with you off and on hours. In my case, I was having trouble finding a CA legal P250 Compact and had shopped several reputable FFLs in the area. Most of them only stopped helping me at the point of telling me to try other places. Brian had went the extra mile and contacted most of his wholesale dealers and went to see if there were any available. Unfortunately, the one he had was LEO but said he'd keep looking if something comes up. I was lucky to find the one I wanted online for sale in Missouri and had contacted the seller to ship it to California.
