Mauricio was amazing great customer service and support gave great recommendations and extremely helpful will definitely be back

I've been dealing with this issue with OC EBIKE STORE for almost three months now, and the entire experience has been exhausting and disappointing. And this is for my Koomi m600 I've spent 400 already that I won't see back! I live in Las Vegas, so dealing with a shop located in Orange County has already made this situation more difficult and expensive. I purchased a motor hub from this business, and the first one did not work. After contacting them, they sent a replacement motor hub, which also failed. Trying to resolve the issue in good faith, I then paid additional money to ship the wheel/rim assembly back to their shop so they could supposedly install and verify everything themselves before sending it back to me. After my sister drove the wheel back out to Las Vegas and I reinstalled everything onto my bike, the motor hub STILL did not function. At this point I've spent hundreds of dollars between the part, shipping costs, travel, and wasted time, and I still do not have a working product. The most frustrating part has been the lack of urgency, communication, and accountability after multiple failed attempts to resolve the issue professionally. I tried being patient and reasonable for months before considering legal action. I would strongly advise customers to be cautious before spending money here, especially if you are purchasing from out of state. read more

Do NOT let the store assemble your bike. Even though they charge for assembly, the work was not done properly, and on an e-bike this becomes a serious safety concern. It seems they do not use proper torque specifications when tightening bolts and screws, and they also do not apply threadlocker (Loctite 242), which is highly recommended for e-bikes. In my case, one of the bolts holding the front wheel came loose and fell off within the first month. I had to replace it myself from Home Depot. Shortly after that, one of the front brake disc bolts started backing out and began damaging the frame. This is unacceptable, especially considering the bike is only one month old. My child uses this bike to go to school every day, so now I constantly have to check all the bolts to make sure it is safe to ride. That should not be necessary after paying for professional assembly. In general, the store has decent options and pricing is okay, but nothing better than buying online (Amazon or other retailers), at least for the Macfox bike that I purchased. I chose this store because the website said same-day pickup was available, but when I arrived they did not have the bike in stock and told me to come back the next day. Overall, not a great experience, mainly because of the poor assembly quality, which is a safety issue. read more

Stay away from here. They sell terrible bikes, Amazon type of bikes. You can't find parts, the bikes come horribly built and then when something is wrong with the "warranty" they can't help. Such a joke. Just go to the ebike store on Katella I'd give .5-0 star if I could read more

My sister took my nephew here to get a scooter for him to ride from school and back. Yes my nephew cause physical damage to the wheel of the scooter and the charging port. I took it in to see if they can help with getting a new wheel and fix the charging port. I talked to three people one being the owner. His name is Tony. They took my information down never returned my calls. I had to call them four times. Stop in there for them to take pictures that they did nothing with. My sister is a single mother working three jobs. She saved up for six months only to get ripped off and disrespected by the employees that work there. After finally getting a hold of the owner, he was trying to charge $250 to replace the scooter on top of the $500 for the first scooter which is being listed on OfferUp for $160. When I went into the store, they never asked me how I wanted to handle the repairs. They only got aggressive and told me they would call me when they find out what they wanna do. She bought the scooter in December 2025 and my nephew only got to use it for one month. I understand businesses need to make money, but taking advantage of customers is not good business. After telling them, I don't want free stuff. I just want you to make things right since they overcharged her by a lot on this scooter Tony hung up on me. I highly recommend staying away from this place. read more

OC RC OUTLET - Hobby Shops Near Me - Anaheim, California

Very disappointing interaction on the phone just asking for a price of an rc. I asked if they had it available and said yes. Asked for a price and said hold on I'll call you back. What kind of worker doesn't know a price on top there head? He proceeded with saying I'm with another customer and said I'll call you back. You almost had a forever customer but from this interaction and what I've been hearing from other rc shops . I've never once had someone turn away a potential customer but I ended up taking all my money elsewhere. I'm new to the hobby and needed help. To top it all off his "call back" wasn't just a few minutes and calls back he called me an hour later. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL read more

Awesome place to come and shop , great item selection and good prices and deals .. i highly recommended!!

this place great service and great people they always have what your looking for with the right prices

If you're looking for an RC airplane this is not the place. They have a very small selection of cars and such. Quite the disappointment when I went in. The plane they advertise on OfferUp was sold. It looked like they had a total of 4 planes in stock. And those were only 2 different beginner models. The word OUTLET in their name is very misleading. It is definitely not a big store with tons of merchandise. They do however have a beautiful selection of E-Bikes. read more
