They sell ready sets and not as many of the accessories, but the staff actually offered me a car body from their own stash! That was super generous and totally unexpected! Do NOT let the store assemble your bike. Even though they charge for assembly, the work was not done properly, and on an e-bike this becomes a serious safety concern. It seems they do not use proper torque specifications when tightening bolts and screws, and they also do not apply threadlocker (Loctite 242), which is highly recommended for e-bikes. In my case, one of the bolts holding the front wheel came loose and fell off within the first month. I had to replace it myself from Home Depot. Shortly after that, one of the front brake disc bolts started backing out and began damaging the frame. This is unacceptable, especially considering the bike is only one month old. My child uses this bike to go to school every day, so now I constantly have to check all the bolts to make sure it is safe to ride. That should not be necessary after paying for professional assembly. In general, the store has decent options and pricing is okay, but nothing better than buying online (Amazon or other retailers), at least for the Macfox bike that I purchased. I chose this store because the website said same-day pickup was available, but when I arrived they did not have the bike in stock and told me to come back the next day. Overall, not a great experience, mainly because of the poor assembly quality, which is a safety issue. read more

My sister took my nephew here to get a scooter for him to ride from school and back. Yes my nephew cause physical damage to the wheel of the scooter and the charging port. I took it in to see if they can help with getting a new wheel and fix the charging port. I talked to three people one being the owner. His name is Tony. They took my information down never returned my calls. I had to call them four times. Stop in there for them to take pictures that they did nothing with. My sister is a single mother working three jobs. She saved up for six months only to get ripped off and disrespected by the employees that work there. After finally getting a hold of the owner, he was trying to charge $250 to replace the scooter on top of the $500 for the first scooter which is being listed on OfferUp for $160. When I went into the store, they never asked me how I wanted to handle the repairs. They only got aggressive and told me they would call me when they find out what they wanna do. She bought the scooter in December 2025 and my nephew only got to use it for one month. I understand businesses need to make money, but taking advantage of customers is not good business. After telling them, I don't want free stuff. I just want you to make things right since they overcharged her by a lot on this scooter Tony hung up on me. The man Mauricio saw my kids, and they were walking around the store looking before he even approached them. They turned the key just to see the screen light up -- it DID NOT turn on. He told them not to do that and told them not to sit on the bikes. Then, right in front of us, he proceeded to take out EVERY key on each bike. But yet a man and his son walk in, and he tells them it's okay to sit on the bikes. He even handed them a key -- that kid turned the bike on and even accelerated it inside the store. When I confronted him about treating my kids differently, he said he didn't tell them not to sit on it and that he took all the keys "because he can." But when we walked in, ALL the bikes had keys. So how is that not racist or prejudiced? Then he tried to say my kids are lying. I told him I saw everything, and he still said they were lying and just walked away. I was going to purchase a bike, but I would rather go somewhere else to purchase. Worst experience ever! I don't know how you can be Mexican and be prejudiced towards a woman who's of color. Stock controller stopped working first few days,had to buy a 200$ remote gave me discount but still unfortunately had to pay out of pocket on a new rc car that i just bought , Also had bought some control arms for Paul to put on and an aluminum servo saver just to upgrade from stock steering when i went to pick up my car it turned fully to the right i took it back he said he can't fix it that it's a bit broken, When i dropped it off being stock i had no problems with it. If you're looking for an RC airplane this is not the place. They have a very small selection of cars and such. Quite the disappointment when I went in. The plane they advertise on OfferUp was sold. It looked like they had a total of 4 planes in stock. And those were only 2 different beginner models. The word OUTLET in their name is very misleading. It is definitely not a big store with tons of merchandise. They do however have a beautiful selection of E-Bikes. read more
