One of our e-bikes had low battery charge and even though someone was able to bike out to where we were to delivery another battery, the replacement was also low and wouldn't be enough for the time we rented. We also lost time waiting for the other battery. However, kudos to the staff and owner because they made it right for us when we returned the bikes. Spot has good staff and a great location. Refreshing the bikes with newer models would bump it to 5 stars.

When I told him about my gears being locked up and breaks feeling spongy, he offered to fix them right then and there! When he got out his equipment and started working, he talked me through the whole process. He explained what each step was and what I could do for regular maintenance to keep my bike in good shape. Our experience was very disappointing. We visited with the intention of purchasing three bikes and…read morespent approximately 30 minutes in the store without being acknowledged by any staff member. While I understand employees were busy assisting other customers, a simple greeting or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. During our time there, customers who arrived after us appeared to receive assistance first, particularly those interested in electric bikes. We continued to wait patiently and did not make an issue of it. Eventually, as an employee walked by, I politely asked a very simple question, whether the store offered delivery services. Rather than briefly answering or directing us to someone who could help, he responded, "I'm busy with another customer right now," without making eye contact. The interaction made us feel like an inconvenience The question would have helped us determine whether we were ready to move forward with purchasing. A little acknowledgment and basic customer service would have made a significant difference. Based on this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere and would not return.
