Thanks for being so prompt on my tire repair despite how busy it was for your guys! Pricing is competitive. Service is friendly, thorough, and competent. Both business phone calls and texts are answered promptly. Staff eager to assist with questions or issues. Both tires checked instead of just the flat one. 10/10 service. Will definitely make this my scooter repair place. read more

Bought a new electric scooter. Hector was amazing. Knowledgeable, patient, helpful...we really needed his help. We had a Phantom e scooter from Costco. We loved it, as a first e scooter but it was time to upgrade. We are grateful to Hector and Orange County Scooters. Thank you! read more

Excellent service! Very friendly technicians who not only explained everything to me but provided advice to assist me in keeping my grandson's e-scooter running at it's best. Took the scoot in for possible electrical repair and learned so much from employees here with no added cost. Very professional and I highly recommend the business for all of your e-scooter/bike repairs. My only negative thing is that they should be open more hours. 1000% recommend these guys for all your e-scooter/bike needs. This will be my only shop I go to for all future needs and concerns. Forget other places, take your scooter HERE! read more

Really dope dudes. Had a flat on my e-bike while riding to the Metrolink (I'm not from OC). Flat fix for Ebikes is not a part of their services, yet Hector still went out of his way to help me and my son. Glad there's still good people around. Check these folks out read more

If you've come here through your research the way that I did, and you're in SoCal looking for a place that would repair electric scooters, you know this place is pretty much your only choice in the 100 mile radius. Fortunately this place is legit and deserves every 5 star review. Literally we walked in, described the problem (flat back tire), got a shockingly low quote, told them I got the manufacturer's back-up tire, got an even lower quote (50% less) because I'm providing the part, and a few days later I got a text that it's done. It was no fuss, no BS, no upsell, no condescending shoptalk. A true rarity nowadays. They have won a customer for life. read more

After doing some research, I found Orange County Scooters. I was having issues with my scooter and realized there weren't many places that actually did repairs. I took my scooter in, and they quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out my tire just needed air, and they fixed it right away, free of charge. They even gave me a free valve extender to make it easier to pump air into my tire. These guys are honest and genuinely good people. Moving forward, I'll be taking my scooters here for any issues. read more

Drove in from Upland to their shop and they were on lunch. When the owner found out how far I drove he had his guys take care of it so I could beat traffic. That is customer service. read more

I need my electric scooter back tire fixed. So I found them here on Yelp. I called and asked what days they're open and went there on a Wednesday. Hector was the guy who helped me with my back tire. You can ask him questions and he will answer it for you. They're friendly and accomodating. He will give you option if you want your tire to be inflatable or the not inflatable tire (I forgot what it's called but it's a solid rubber tire that you don't need to inflate anymore). So I chose the not inflatable tire instead of the normal inflatable because I don't want to have to worry anymore that it will get deflated again. It's a little more price over the other one but it's worth it. They worked on my scooter for a couple of days and they texted me when it's ready for pick up. I told them that I'm not able to pick up that week but next week and they said it's ok. I picked up the next week and I'm happy about the new tire. It looks sturdier than my old one. I would recommend OC Scooters to my family and friends. FYI- They also fix breaks for scooters and sell new scooters too. read more

I purchased two Xiaomi M365 scooters for my kids as Christmas gifts. Unfortunately the front tire on my daughters scooter went flat and it needed repair. I tried repairing it myself and after hours of fighting with the scooter I finally got the tube and tire back in place. Well come to find out I punctured the new tube I placed inside. I searched online for a scooter shop and fortunately I found this place. Not only did they have my tire off and replaced with a tubeless tire that won't go flat anymore, they took the time to go through my whole scooter at no cost and tuned it up. They did not even markup the solid tire as you can find the same one online for the same price. Awesome fair pricing and EXCELLENT customer service. Thank You! read more

Excellent services and great customer service. I came to the store because my scooter stem was not as stable as it seems to be, I was looking around for a while, and only the bike shop showed up. I was super happy when I found this place, it's near my house, and it got good reviews, so I have decided to give it a try. I came, the owner was super knowledgable about this stuff. My problem was fixed instantly. Nice job! read more

Highly recommend these guys, I was unable to replace my own flat tire on my GoTrax scooter, they got me squared away and back on the road.

I needed help with my turboant scooter and these guys saved the day! The scooter company that makes and sells the scooter was not answering repeated attempts to contact them. Fortunately, it was just to replace tires; they got me some really nice airless ones at a good price. They even took me earlier than my scheduled appointment since I got there an hour early. Next time I need help with my scooter I will be coming to them and sending my friends and coworkers to see them. And once this one goes out, I'll be going to them for a new one. read more

Great place to get your kids scooter repaired. I called and made appointment to fix my kids flat on her scooter since I couldn't get the tire back on. Ended up having them put a solid tire on so I don't have to do this again. They did it right their on the spot. I called all around to find a shop that can do this and no one wanted to touch an electric scooter. Don't blame this since it requires some experience and know how. And these guys have it. They clearly have the knowledge when it comes to scooters. I highly recommend them. read more

Excellent service and very knowledgeable! I own an E-Wheels Turbo Dart (which is similar to a Zero9). After talking to my dealer (who is not local) about the problem I was having, I thought I was going to have to spend a significant amount of money getting my scooter repaired, but Hector took one look at it and saw it was an easy fix without trying to sell me things I did not need, even though I had already told him I thought I needed the more expensive fix. I can highly recommend Hector and OC Scooters for any repair work you need. If I need to have any work done in the future, I'm taking it straight here. read more

Great scooter store. Your go-to scooter store if you live in the OC! They fix scooters, sell scooters, and are very knowledgeable!

Bad communication, slow service. I got my product fixed last month and it took them almost a month to get it done for a simple 30 min job.

At my older age I thought it would be fun to get an electric scooter. I looked through some reviews and saw that a Zero 10x seemed to fit my needs. Searched Yelp for scooter stores and saw a number of good reviews for OC Scooters on Westminster Blvd in Garden Grove. The reviews were right. I spoke to a shopper who was going in the store and he said the owner Hector Rosales was excellent and someone he'd trusted a long time. I too was favorably impressed with Hector's knowledge and honest demeanor, so ordered my desired scooter. Hector recommended a crucial support attachment which I later found out comes highly recommended on that model, so I was feeling his expertise already. When Hector received the shipment he set it up for me, including helpful changes to the electronic settings. I was very satisfied and think it's more than a one-time sale, and Hector will be a good resource should I ever need repairs or adjustments. read more

Brought them my segway ninebot max that was having some battery issues and a flat tire. They fixed it about a full week sooner than they said and had it driving like the day I took it out of the box.
