Instead of receiving basic professional courtesy, an elderly female staff member completely lost her mind, unleashed aggressive hostility, and rudely refused to inspect my vehicle. When I confronted them about their poor workmanship, she aggressively demanded my driver's license for absolutely no valid reason. Things escalated to a shocking level of disrespect when she openly hurled vulgar insults right in my face in front of everyone, aggressively shouting, "You are ass!" The level of arrogance, pure toxicity, and outright verbal abuse from this staff is beyond unacceptable. Customers should never be treated with such utter contempt and hostility. I am escalating this immediately by filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and corporate. Stay far away from this disgraceful and unprofessional location!
