It's honestly, one of the best inventions ever! BRAVO Chef!! CRISPY PORK BAHN MI: 10/10 cannot go wrong with crispy pork anything!! They made it so think and juicy. The bread was crispy with the perfect balance of chew and softness. I always ask for extra butter and pâté. I'm usually not a fan of pâté since it can taste a bit too funky sometimes for me, but theirs was very good. I also wanted to try their spicy sauce, so I asked for it on the side. The bagel breakfast sandwiches are incredible--I always get the #3 with bacon on a jalapeño bagel. If you like a little spice, you won't regret it. And of course, the coffee is fantastic. To my surprise, their house-made sandwiches are served on freshly baked bread, made with fresh ingredients, and cost under $10 (Panera could never!!!). Their baked goods were also reasonably priced with generous portions. We picked up the Cinnamon Burst Bread, a cinnamon roll, a honey bran muffin (which completely stole the show for me; it was incredibly moist and I'd come back just for that) and an almond poppy seed scone. The service here was just as impressive. Everyone was so friendly and personable and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed being there. I also loved their "Giving Rack," where anyone in need can take free baked goods. It's such a thoughtful idea and says a lot about the kind of business they are. Her macarons have been my go-to for the past 4 years for birthdays, holiday events, and just because! She is one of the nicest people you'll meet and she provides exceptional customer service for all your macaron requests. Her macarons are so flavorful that even though she's based in CA, I wanted to find a way to have her macarons as a favor for my wedding in Hawaii. She was so helpful in the process of figuring out how to get 300 macarons across the ocean and they all made it safe and sound and were a huge hit at the wedding! I highly recommend getting these macarons for your next event or even a just because at her next farmers market!
